The opposite of Ralph is a much better fortune. I honestly think Ralph makes normal obese people look somewhat healthy.
Ralph's fat distribution is entirely, and I mean completely, expended on his gunt, jowls and buffalo neck humps. While his unstable cortisol levels atrophy the muscles in his arms and legs.
It's a god damn medical marvel that he can even stand up and waddle that gunt without his knees bursting into a thousand pieces.
Oh shit guys, sorry to double post but I have found the last symptom of Cushing's Disease on Ralph!! Bruising at the base of his right shin! Or a slow healing wound. Keep an eye on this, if Ralph doesn't start hiding it.

His reservation was till that date, he said he'll be move to penthouse with Dick on sept. 2. Guess Dick didn't bother to book the place for Ralph before he made it to the Vegas. He won't admit it but Dax stood him up. I don't get why he wouldn't just extend the reservation, it's not like the hotel was literally at a 100% capacity and they had no room to spare so he had no choice but to check out.

During Cushing’s and the recovery period, alcohol in moderation, e.g. one or two glasses of wine, 1 drink per day, is probably not harmful but may contribute to symptoms of depression which may also be present with Cushing’s. My advice is to minimize alcohol intake during this period.
