The difference though is Obama at least surrounded himself with competent people, during his first term anyway.

There's no foreign policy experts, there's no military experts, his entire cabinet are unqualified buffoons who look like a deer in the healights if they get asked a question off script.
There's no Petraeus or McChrystal.
And remember Petraeus got forced into retirement after he innocently said he had only met Obama twice in two years which obviously raised some eyebrows since he was in charge of fighting two wars on his behalf. McChrystal on the other hand got drummed out of the service when he gave a Rolling Stones interview where he said everyone in the military thought Joe Biden was an idiot.
