I actually had no idea they didn't even invoke it at a Federal level. Then how the hell can they try to utilize something like the jab passport if it breaks every single fundamental right and freedom protected under the Charter. Beyond having gullible business owners treat their client base in a reprehensible fashion. Any business that tries to enforce this garbage, I find would be like financial suicide.

It largely comes down to them playing fast and loose with the Charter. BC and Ontario are making great pains to state their systems are "temporary" only and will be done away with once the pandemic over. This obviously won't happen, but I suspect (since not a lawyer) the setup helps muddy the legal waters enough to get the passports to stick.

Otherwise you hit the nail on the head, it's all about trying to get businesses to actually enforce this shit since government doesn't want to take the heat for going all-in on it.

Here in Leafland, I saw a few headlines recently, where "experts" claim that come Fall/Winter, we could see as many as 10 000 new cases per day in Canada. Huh, that sounds pretty familiar, right? Same thing they said last year, except last year they were claiming 10-15 000/day in Ontario, alone. I thought that number sounded like bullshit then, too, so I looked up the nation's most recent case count. Not even once, throughout this whole shitshow of a year and a half, did we ever hit 10 000 new cases in a single day, nationwide. Not fucking once. And now we're vaccinated and going to hit it? Yeah, sure, whatever you say, turbo nerds. They're just pulling big, scary numbers out of their assholes, and banking on people being too stupid, or naive, or lazy to question or check into things for themselves

10,000 cases at a 0.2% IFR is like 20 people dead.
Even if you assume its the 2.0% CFR, that's still only 200 casualties, most of whom are probably already on death's doorstep.

In a recent study, researchers found people who’ve been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 have a much stronger immune system response against the new coronavirus than those who’ve previously been infected.

They found vaccinated individuals had the highest antibody levels, nearly three times higher than that of convalescent individuals recovering from symptomatic COVID-19.

They also found while 99.4% of vaccinated people tested positive for COVID-fighting antibodies in blood samples just six days after their second dose of vaccine, less than 76% of people recovering from a COVID-19 infection were positive in an antibody test.

These findings might encourage people who believe they’re already well-protected because of a prior encounter with SARS-CoV-2 to go ahead and get vaccinated.

The study is from Tel Aviv University. One author is Noam Shomron.

In the study, the team assessed COVID-19 antibody levels in more than 26,000 blood samples from vaccinated and unvaccinated people, along with people who’d recovered from their COVID-19 infections.

They also found that men and women have different antibody levels after either vaccination or infection.

Among those older than 51, antibody levels were found to be higher in women than in men.

This may be related to the change in levels of the female hormone estrogen, which occurs around this age and affect the immune system.

In men, a rise in antibody levels was seen starting around 35, possibly linked to changes in levels of the male sex hormone testosterone and its effect on the immune system.

In addition, young adults had a higher level of antibodies that lasted longer compared to older vaccinated adults.

In young adults, a high concentration of antibodies is usually due to a strong immune response, while in older people it usually indicates overreaction of the immune system linked to severe illness.

The team says further research is needed to obtain an in-depth understanding of the immune system’s response to COVID-19, to recovery from the disease, and to the vaccine.

The vaccines are designed to produce up to 100 times more neutralising spike antibodies in the first 2 weeks after injection whereupon they rapidly decline at 40% per month on a compounding basis. This seems to have been done deliberately by the vaccine makers to game the trials. If they'd dosed to produce the same amount of antibodies as natural infection, ideal with traditional vaccines, they would have failed the trials as the majority of subjects would have shown no immunity within the 3 month trial window. So they juiced the dosing to give the results they were after knowing full well that because there was no B-cell recall circulating antibodies would rapidly deplete. BTW dosing at such high levels is what's likely causing such widespread and serious adverse reactions.

It's now proven that 20% of the vaccinated have no immunity whatsoever after 6 months and over 90% will have no immunity after 8. We need to also factor in the viral response when challenged by the vaccines. Covid spike protein is the most easily mutable part of the virus meaning escape is 100% certain. We can compare this with natural immunity which shows strong B-cell recall meaning a very slow and gradual decline in circulating antibodies and longstanding T-cell immunity.

We can use this information to put to bed the lie that even if the vaccines fail to prevent cross infection and replication they protect against serious illness. This can only be a thing if there is underlying T-cell immunity when the antibodies become depleted, we now know this isn't the case. There is no serious scientist disputing any of this.

Every western government has had a booster program factored in to their planning well before the vaccines were rolled out last year.

The Australian government has contracted to purchase over 200 million vaccine doses for 2022 and 2023. This is almost 10 vaccines for every man woman and child in the country. These contracts have been in place for months. None of this is 'unexpected', vaccine failure was planned for, it's baked into the business model.

The current plan is to offer 6 monthly booster doses for the general population and 3 monthly for high risk groups like nursing home residents. A re-vaccination program is also in place with a further double dose should a new variant emerge that will entirely escape the current jabs (which it will), depending on the speed that the mRNA vaccines can be reformulated. This will be entirely voluntary only you will lose your passport privileges and won't be allowed to work, travel, engage in commerce or socialise if you refuse. This program will also include children and will likely be combined with the flu shot.

At some point even the most committed Branch Covidian will have to get off the vaccine train. Many health authorities have made it clear that they will not recognise natural immunity when issuing their passports and most employers will follow their lead. Being injected multiple times a year with spike, which we know is toxic, when you already have natural immunity is utterly ridiculous. But if we want to keep our privileges this will be expected.

Finally let's put to bed the other lie that the vaccines protect the vulnerable, the opposite is true. Viral spread is governed by human behaviour. Viruses evolve and adapt depending on the interactions of their animal hosts. The vaccinated are and will behave as if they are immune when they are not. Prior to the neutralising antibodies dropping below the seronegative titre they will be less prone to serious symptoms, meaning many of them won't know they're infected. This means vulnerable people are far more likely to become infected when they come into contact with the vaccinated not less. This may explain the higher mortality rate from Delta in highly vaccinated populations.

Even if you did go away every six months, most vaccines are a one and done type of deal. I'm sure nearly everyone in this thread got their MMR as a kid and probably none of us have had measles, because that one actually works and lasts pretty much your whole life. The yellow fever vaccine (which people love to bring up re: vaccine passes because some countries require it for entry) lasts at least ten years so you don't have to keep topping it up, and there are medical exemptions for people with contraindications which is something that no one seems to want to consider for the covid shots. If you want to go to Brazil and the yellow fever shot is likely to kill you a doctor just signs a waiver and it's no big deal, if you have an allergy or whatever that makes the covid shot likely to kill you the official position is you can go fuck yourself.
