Edit: I think it speaks to the integrity of Peach that she did remove that one and the lack of care for the other Haydur's. Especially Zachary and MBP who pushed the story the most in my opinion as I recall when it happened.

French Fried Diva believes that she's found evidence of the Gunt owning sock accounts on Twitter. (Again, no one doubts this but evidence is evidence).



Essentially, FFD entered the Gunt's "internet fuck around" phone number into the login screen and it returned the message attached below. I also tried this and a few other numbers to see what sort of messages these logins generated. Results:

I tried the Gunt's number in two iterations (domestic and intl phone exchange CCC) and received the same notice:



As a point of comparison, I entered: 1. one phone number that I knew would be associated with no Twitter account (since the owner of the phone number doesn't have a Twitter account) and 2. one phone number that is only associated with one account. (Not that it matters, but I used the same deliberately false password as above to force an error message).

In both cases, I received this message:

I think what this more-or-less conclusively demonstrates is that the message about the number being associated with several accounts is accurate and not just system speak for "Eh, you did something wrong so I'm going to generate this response regardless of what the thing you did wrong was." In other words: it says multiple accounts, it means multiple accounts.

That said, while everyone knows the Gunt has sock accounts (HeArT oF a TroLL hue hue hue) and this discovery is indeed probably more evidence of that, playing Potato's Advocate I think Gunt's defense would run along these lines:

1. That message is simply an artifact generated because she associated that number with her old account which was suspended a long time ago (Froggy claims she helped teach her how to set up a new account so it's been that long).

(Possible) response: I don't know enough about the precise way Twitter works to know if a suspended account's phone number would remain in the system and be associated with any new accounts.​

However, if memory serves: someone of my acquaintance who had a Twitter account suspended was not able to create a new one, even using a VPN, using the same phone number she'd associated the suspended account with. So I'm not sure that Rage Potato would even be allowed to associate a phone number used with a suspended account with a new licit account since phone numbers associated with suspended accounts are verboten on the platform. If that's right, then her first objection wouldn't hold water.​

2. That phone number is her "internet fuck around" burner number and since several people have owned that phone number, it's simply likely that several people have registered Twitter accounts that have then been associated with that number.

EDIT: While there are all sorts of things that sound unlikely about that explanation to me, I don't have enough Twitter savvy to say whether that's categorically impossible according to the parameters of the platform or not. Again, if anyone who has more in-depth knowledge of Twitter's parameters has an airtight case to make against that argument, I'm all ears.​

Either way, overall, it's probably exactly what it looks like. It's not as certain as the incontrovertible fact that @Poutine_Gorl is FFG, but it still seems likely to me. Gunt is a known and proven self-serving liar and any evidence that seems to point in the direction of demonstrating that she's a self-serving liar is probably exactly what it seems to be.

ETA: Actually, the Gunt's defense would be "dumb fuckin' bitch!" and to smash her phone repeatedly against her neck gunt to generate her usual cope: "AAHAHAHAHAHA." But, in a perfect world, if the Gunt were able to generate a considered defense, I think those would be her two strongest options.

Regarding it was paid as a gift, meaning you would not be insured and could not sue her if something happened. She would not be an accountant though but she would have worked in finance.
