He's so fucking whiny. The court doesn't care about more than half of his retarded complaints. Making fun of the stupid things you post online isn't illegal. Neither is laughing at a dead tranny. Oh no, some dumb bitch had to shut down her social media because she couldn't handle what the KEE-WEES were saying about her online! So fucking what, that's the basic adult thing to do. They stole my terrible book and Null the Dull Lull made fun of my improper DMCA! Except it's hosted on Google, your actions show you clearly didn't care it was hosted there until it brought you negative attention, and you deserved to be made fun of.

More than anything I hope the judge tells Russell to grow up.

It's not that Jersh has legal representation, it's that Jersh has Skordas- a man with an axe to grind against Greer- representing him. Skordas probably wouldn't even care if Russ hadn't creeped his daughter. As any man could tell you, a man's daughter is his princess, and if you know what's good for you, you do not mess with the princess. But Russ blundered on anyway, and now Skordas has a personal reason to go after Russ.

The only person responsible for Skordas's vendetta is Russ.

Normally there's nothing I hate more than a bunch of uppity wokes dancing on their tails about getting someone fired because that someone said something they didn't like. I'm a big proponent of the notion that if you don't like what someone said (short of credible threats), just block and move on. You don't need to fuck with their income, housing, or family. Mean words will never hurt you. But in this case, Ruzzy and the prey of wokes are made for each other.

The judge can rule on Skordas' motion to dismiss whenever he wants to. That being said, yes, if you file ifp and your claims are "fantastic[al] or delusional" in nature, the lawsuit can be dismissed (see, for example, Neitzke v. Williams, 490 U.S. 319 (1989)). Such claims are usually held to be frivolous.

Once again its proven that Russ is his own worst enemy.
His filings are as bad as his internet rants.
He sees the world revolving around him when he is a speck of dust in the corner.

A point a friend of mine who I exposed him to The Greer who finds him hilarious says "The guy has zero friends, if he did that guy would post pics with his pals all over the net" & Imagine what his neighbors think of him once he goes on about his pac,hooker trips or lawsuits.
