He does, me and Nige already talked about how worthless of a stat impressions are. In fact a single person can inflate someone's impression count by setting up a bot that let's say hypothetically refreshes Dave's page every 5 seconds, that way for each tweet that would get loaded he would get 17280 bot impressions totally organic number of people who saw his shit daily.

It’s a lie of omission like so many others with Phil. He’s leaving out his definition of “fun”, which is “I play games that immediately roll over and allow me to win while my audience sits rapt and only opens their mouths when I inform them it’s time to drink my piss”.

He also conveniently leaves off the back half of his statement, that being “…while I make more money per year than an ER nurse or a municipal garbage collector and while forcing all of the responsibility for all of the poor decisions I’ve made over the last twelve years onto people half my age”.

Yep. One of the things that I always think about, whenever I start to feel somewhat sympathetic to Phil's plight (I mean, let's be real: if I was facing Phil's long-term prospects, I don't know how I'd sleep at night, and I've seen others on here, including Pargon IIRC, admit to feeling the same), is the way some YouTuber once described Phil. I can't remember the exact video, but this person either brought Phil up in conversation or was showing one of his videos to others to garner a reaction, and when asked by someone who "DarkSydePhil" was, said individual thought about it and slowly responded with something along the lines of:

"DarkSydePhil... is a shitty Let's Player... who proved to be SO insufferable, and behaved SO obnoxiously toward his fans, that he's attracted an ENTIRE ARMY of haters around him."​

Phil has often spoken about how "mentally ill" people like us have to be to dedicate so much time talking, speculating, and making videos about him, when all he wants to do is "play games and have fun." What I loved about the description this YouTuber gave to his friend was the way it flipped Phil's point on it's head: what does it say about someone when they inspire an entire subculture to form around hating him?

Now, Phil obviously isn't the only lolcow, and a website such as this makes it easy for individuals interested in any given internet celebrity to congregate with each other. But Phil still has the dubious distinction of being one of the select 'cows with a subforum dedicated to him. While I'm not a longtime forum member, I've inferred that this was not the case regarding Phil earlier on. That is to say, Phil earned this.

I have been in the place Phil claims to be in daily. I have had power shut off. I have had my gas shut off in the winter. I have had eviction warnings placed on my door by landlords because I was so far behind on my rent. And this was during the 2008 depression, most of which I spent as a graduate school attendee desperately struggling to find work. I manned a register at a bookstore for no more than 12 hours a week because that was all the hours they were willing to give anyone. It took me four years of monthly payments to finally ditch the medical debt I’d racked up. If it hadn’t been for a chance meeting with someone willing to hire me on to wash fucking dishes, and a partner who was fortunate and intelligent enough to have full-time work, I’d have been absolutely screwed.

Phil would not know hardship if it pushed him down and sucked his dick, and I spit on his attempts to come across as anything other than a spoilt princess who would be crushed like a gnat by the real world were it not for the wall of retarded meat he surrounds himself with at all times.

Perry Karamello has taken that route recently, his ego/pride is even larger than PPB, but the difference is Perrier actually needs money to get by because as many bridges as PPB has burned, he doesn't hold a candle to Perrance, who has filed multiple lawsuits against business partners for perceived slights. Perry has probably around the same number of legit fans as PPB, difference being he actually does what the majority (trolls) of his audience wants if there is enough money ($50-100) to debase himself on camera and in frame, and the rage is palpable, instead of PPB's fake rage/enthusiasm.
