You know, this court case has shown a fundamental failing of our society. The is a distinct lack of arena for where two parties can stand and duel with their intellects, impassioned beliefs, and raw charisma to settle matters of pride before a judge. For if we had such an arena then great men could be hired as the champions to defend those with better shit to do against the mad deranged incoherent ramblings of the ranting explanations of the likes of Russell Greer as he mad a fool of himself before a judge, who then declared him an incompetent failure and loser. Preferable on live TV like some form of intellectual blood sport.

Instead we just have a court system which serves to do none of that, but instead requires you to understand the law and make a claim, so that you can use the law to help repair damages. Something that Russy boy can't comprehend.

He says Skordas has it in for him. Clearly Skordas is just a professional who took a paying job, no doubt he has a laugh at Russ and finds him as distasteful as anyone who encounters him but ultimately doesn't spare him undue thought or harbour some festering grudge against him.
Yet Russ, being a goblin tard, can only conceive of people thinking like him. He collects festering grudges. He can't stand people not thinking well of him. He hates Skordas. Ergo Skordas must hate him, because if he knew how Russel F*******king Greer hates him, he'd feel the same kind of narc rage Russ does.

Except Skordas does have an axe to grind.

During the Ariana Grande trial, Skordas was retained by Grande as her defense. Russ began saying unflattering things about Skordas and creeping on his daughter. In one of his books, he made Skordas into a villain (not by name, obviously, but he admitted it was based on Skordas.) We don't know why Russ stopped creeping on Skordas's daughter, only that he did (the popular theory is that Skordas put the fear of God into Russ). Now, I don't think Russ lives in Skordas's head the way Skordas lives in Russ's head; however, I don't think he's forgotten what Russ has done (particularly to his daughter; never mess with a man's daughter), and takes every opportunity to slap Russ down. I think the request for Russ to pay Null's fees was at least partially motivated by the baselessness of Russ's suit, but I also think it was partially motivated out of personal spite: forcing Russ to give his hooker money to a man Russ hates with a passion.

And Russ, if you're reading this, you can't mention Skordas being motivated by personal reasons without mentioning those reasons. And we both know you can't defend yourself in that case.

These latest unhinged screeds masquerading as legal documents just confirm in my mind he didn't pass any of his classes and they just gave him a degree to get rid of him and make him someone else's problem. Of course, Russ is too much of a clueless idiot to realize why they passed him, so he thinks he's some sort of legal genius. I suspect he got fired within days of being hired at that debt collection firm because he was incompetent and it was painfully obvious from the start that he had no idea what he was doing. Then he made up a story about them being afraid he'd use company resources to track down people he was suing. Or maybe it was both. But he can't cover up the fact he has no idea how the law works.

I don't think he necessarily failed. That college probably has a 2.0 average requirement for program retention. Since his parents paid, he cannot be bound by dismissal over failure to make progression or not passing a certain number of classes. There used to be tons of students at the community college in my city have only about a 1.5 GPA average, but were on the football team.
So they got rid of the football team about 15 years ago.

And pipsqueak has a persistent, ongoing refusal to embrace growth and progression in skills. He shuts down and has tantrum displays when he is criticized by his employers. He shuts down at every attempt by an employer to correct his behavior and make him progress and improve.
There are unqualified and somewhat incompetent people in professional jobs every day. I'll even concede Trump has these deficiencies...to a point. But he remained in office. They could not impeach or remove him. And I think a GOOD chunk of that is because as a business man, even HE recognizes everything I just said. He had handlers and WH tard wranglers. And with tard wrangling, they job got done.

Put Russell Greer in even a very low level management job and see the difference in what I said.

One of my favorite little games involving Russ is opening my pdf copy of his book and skimming to any random paragraph to see if any of it makes any sense. Literally there is not a single sentence without a grammatical error, incorrect use of an idiom, wrong idea or interpretation, etc.

I don’t think Russ actually reads any of the documents that he didn’t write. He probably skims them and immediately moves on when he reads something that hits too close to home. He is so fragile he likely reads any counter argument as a personal attack and immediately moves on. He remembers the slight but by being ignorant of the details and supporting arguments he can remember it as the least hurtful thing: a baseless ad hominem attack from someone who irrationally wants to hurt him.

This is just how narcissists work.

They spend so much of their lives honing in on perceived slights and insults that it’s like they’re trained to pick up even the most insidious of put downs.

I really hope that Skordas points out in his next filing to the court that Russhole has completely failed to provide even a single piece of evidence showing how Null/Kiwi Farms is involved in/responsible for...well, anything he's claiming. Russ says that all this harassment he's facing is being done either by Null or by members of Kiwi Farms, but hasn't provided one shred of evidence that even hints that it's true. Just some screen caps of messages that anyone could have sent. Definitely nothing that proves it was Null or a Kiwi. Same thing goes with the so-called victims who "killed themselves because of Kiwi Farms". We all know that is bullshit. Byuu faked it, Julie Terryberry was in a fucked up situation and she hardly cared about her thread, Chloe Sagal left a fucking note saying exactly why she killed herself (in protest for poor mental health care in the US and other things absolutely not related to her thread), and that one tranny killed himself BEFORE he ever had a thread because Trans Lifeline never answered their phones. All of this is EASILY proven and goes counter to Russhole's claims.

He will delay as long as he can because this is the part he enjoys- being "in a lawsuit with" KF, Taylor Swift, whoever, or to be "the guy who is legalising brothels" etc etc. Its not the end result, its the process that makes him feel important and empowered and he can still fantasise about his victories.

Court fees are the price of admission for this form of recreational activity. Much like paying a hooker for the GFE.

I don't care about that. All I want to see is Skordas bringing to light that Russ has provided sweet fuck-all to support the claims he's made in his filings. I was just using the suicides as an example of how full of shit Russhole is.

I know it isn't a huge thing, but I also like that he pluralizes "defendants" then goes on to mean Jersh and Skordas, rather than using "defendant and his counsel". He really thinks he's going up against Skordas himself (or wishes he was), apparently, which helps explain his ongoing "he should be removed or have to recuse or something to stop being so MEAN to me!" Most of the entire "motion" is just him whining about defendant's counsel.

It could just be common parlance as I'm not a huge law geek, but it feels like just Russ being Russ.
