LolcowMelinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.
My favorite was where Marshal said something to the affect of "We're just gonna sue him to hurt him" coupled with that video where he asks Melinda at the end if he did a good job with his threatening rant and she said yes. If I can find them I'll go back and edit in the links. Though wouldn't it be easier for Hardin and Null just to make a separate thread of this?
Involving Hardin with the forum or officially involving users in the case doesn't appear to be wise. Of course if some user or users decided to gather interesting information at their own will and post it all in one place - that's a different thing.
I would be fully satisfied by this answer if she was as dumb as Russel or as deep in her own world as Pam (who, let me remind you, stopped bothering the courts after being warned about sanctions). While Melinda is certainly not a genius out of those three people known for their legal actions failures she appears to have the best grasp of reality. She's been forewarned that if she decides to pursue the case any further she may be facing financial consequences. So, remembering previous rulings in her cases and being aware of her financial situation, pursuing the case anyway appears to be an ill-advised course of action.
Right, but she believes she has a case, and that the judge was incorrect. As much as she has a better grasp on reality than Pam, she tends to believe she is almost always correct

It would be improper. Nothing stops people from emailing Hardin though and others have in the past, but I think keeping direct contact with him to a minimum would be ideal.
To anyone in this thread with access to Ritalin, too much time on their hands, and a desire to spite Melinda and/or help the erverlord: it would save Josh and his attorney a lot of time and Josh's money if one or more volunteers combed through this thread, made screenshots of statements Melinda made that would be of interest to the defense, lined them up with the dates of important developments in this lawsuit, and delivered all of that to Josh.
The idea of Melinda's hubris leading to her owing Josh an astronomical amount of attorney's fees is funny, but there's really no chance of Josh getting any money out of Melinda. So, all things considered, I think helping to keep those costs low is better for Null and the forum.

Such person or people would need to receive instructions from a legally-minded Kiwi to avoid archiving useless information or allowing useful information to slip through their fingers.

I'm not an attorney or paralegal or anything. Based on this recent filing, I would assume finding any statements she has made to the effect that she wants to punish Joshua Moon or take his money would be of primary interest at this time. I would also wager that it would be helpful to look for any statements that she has made which would indicate that she intends to file more and more lawsuits against Josh, based on the direction that things are taking at this time.
I think even if a volunteer sent Josh and his attorney some screenshots that weren't immediately relevant to his defense, that wouldn't be the worst thing to happen. The attorney is going to have to sort through a lot of Melinda's statements anyway, so I think erring on the side of gathering more rather than less would be the best strategy to avoid leaving out potentially relevant statements.

That's not the Kiwi way! Kiwi way is: link + archive + screenshot.
But we don't want multiple people spamming the attorney with the same information over and over again because that would make it difficult to process at best useless at worst.
That first sentence of that 'appeal': She just went berserk on the italics/ and all caps instead of....we all know it's impossible for her to even string together a coherent opening statement in a rage boner frenzy. Not too surprised, but hilarious nonetheless.
Jesus christ Melinda, I you want to fuck your life up so badly just start doing Meth. It won't drag the suffering out for long and at least you will go out on a high note.
@TamarYaelBatYah You would make more money if you filmed a porno instead of filing frivolous lawsuits. You could do a multiple anal creampie shoot where two French fuckers tear open your shitter.
One of the French men would have a goatee and you could squat over his dick and he would fuck that ass so hard. Then he'd push you off and you could suck his dick and he would say "how does thay ass taste baby? Suck it baby, suck it" while he pushed the back of your head into his penis essentially fucking your skull.

Yes! DO NOT SEND THE LAWYER THINGS! Every email you send to him costs Dear Leader money. If there are multiple emails covering the same things that is multiple costs. This needs to go to Null. If he then wishes to forward it on then so be it.
I know it's been demonstrated ad nauseum that she just doesn't learn anything. She's completely incapable of learning or growing in any fashion. So it shouldn't be surprising to me that she's appealing the decision, but it still is. I keep thinking, surely this must be the limit. Surely, she'll come around. I know that this is the outcome I was half expecting, WE ALL KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN but actually being confronted with it is still a little surprising. Isn't it? Am I the only one feeling this? How has she managed to survive for almost 40 years? It really is incredible.
Next bit of garbage from Melinda's garbage site, here's some more low hanging fruit. It isn't long so no spoiler this time.
From "healing oils" section: "therapeutic grade"? What does that even mean? It sounds like someone just pulled the phrase out of their ass. In the real world, grades mean things. Pharmaceutical grade, food grade, feed grade, etc, there is no such thing as a "therapeutic grade" until this corny oil came along. Imagine falling for this shit, jeeesus... They aren't even trying, they're just making stuff up. So whoever roped her into this scam must've used these same buzzwords on Melinda. Melinda, only having her mickey mouse degree, doesn't know anything about how stuff actually works and ended up paying retail so she can try to sell it off @ 2-4x retail.
It really paints a concerning pattern. How does anybody end up getting fleeced so frequently? The self publishing scam, the oil-slinging pyramid racket, and these are the only two that we know of. It's like this negative feedback loop of ignorance and desperation creating more ignorance and desperation. I had no idea that something this repetitious and predictable could also be so fascinating.
Maybe the marketing buzzword shit isn't as big of a deal as I thought. Plenty of people do fall for that shit, it isn't something as painfully obvious as this next issue.
It's completely fucking crazy to me that she has this website. This site where she tries to sell her "judgement services" along with the essential oil garbage. This site where she's, ostensibly, trying to convince people to send her money for goods/services BUT THERE'S NO WAY TO PAY HER.
No payment system or even instructions on how to pay, not even a list of payment methods that are accepted. It's like she went through all this trouble to create her website but she never considered how these theoretical customers would pay her for anything.
So a potential customer would need to email Melinda, and wait for Melinda to email them back, before the poor customer even knows how to pay for these overpriced goods and services. Do you take any credit cards, Melinda? If credit cards are accepted then which ones? Visa, Mastercard? Wire transfers? Cryptocurrencies? Money orders? Personal checks? Cash mailed through the USPS? You need to figure this shit out and post it so that people don't need to ask you. I think out of 20 customers that DO stick around long enough to realize they need to email you for more info, probably less than 1 actually does. Everyone else just goes back to google to find something else that'll be faster and easier.
Along these same lines..
Shipping... Melinda, can't you provide a rough estimate on something simple like domestic shipping charges? USPS has great flat rate deals these days. Maybe do something like a flat rate shipping cost of $10 for orders less than $100 and free shipping on all orders over $100? This shit isn't difficult to figure out, you're surrounded by it constantly, lol. Whatever you decide, look.. do you understand that the customers absolutely cannot figure any of this shit out on their own? They need to know all of this before they can even consider buying anything? What if you accept only Visa and they have only Mastercard?
If she became one of those Shopify drop-shippers, or Amazon FBA/3rd party sellers, she'd be light years ahead of where she is. Now there's somewhere that her hardheadedness might be an asset. Being a perma-tard that can't learn anything would still guarantee failure tho.
