I'm honestly surprised no one has. I'm not talking about harassing him though. Just record a little " Yo, aren't you DSP? I used to watch your videos all the time!". I'm curious how he would react to someone who is (at least acting like) an actual fan with zero attempt to fuck with him coming up to him at the store or something.

Yeah DSP announces his days off and you can pretty much figure where they are going to go, because he apparently frequents the mall. I'm surprised we haven't got another snap of him in the wild with his wife, or her on the job at all.

Maybe he's just not even worth anyones time to fuckin' bother like other lolcows.

Yeah Phil, 2021 sure has been a disappointing year for gaming, especially if you skip most of the hawt new releases that are supposedly the lifeblood of your channel.

Ys 9: Monstrum Nox: Too much anime titty as well as being too niche, skipped. Normal is incredibly easy too, meaning Phil could've mashed his way through the game quite easily.

Persona 5 Strikers: Atlus is a detractor company , skipped.

Bravely Default 2: Too niche+ its a long JRPG d00d, I'm already playing Nier! Skipped.

Monster Hunter Rise: Too boring and grindy d00d. Now if you don't mind, I'm gonna go do some more riveting, organic, custom exp collecting in Yakuza 7. Skipped.

Oddworld Soulstorm: Too many gimmicky puzzles! Skipped.

SMT 3 Nocturne Remastered: See P5 Striker's explanation. Skipped.

Guilty Gear Strive: Too complicated for him despite being the simplest entry in the series(Remember this when he tries to act like a KOF master). Rollback netcode means no bullshit lag excuses. Not to mention lots of anime tiddy and big buff men to make him uncomfortable. Hard skip.

Scarlet Nexus: Long "JRPG", plus the deuteragonist is a woman. Skipped.

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Considering his Pokemon autism, idk why he didn't play this. Skipped.

Neo: The World Ends With You: Lengthy JRPG, Fallout was obviously the superior choice. Skipped.

No More Heroes 3: Early Reviewers are shills, but I totally trust them when they say this game is shit. Skipped.

Tales of Arise: Too similar to Lost Judgement(???). Skipped

No wonder he thinks this year is shitty, he's skipped most of the major shit thats come out. You'd think someone so heavily invested in new releases would actually fucking play new releases instead of Street Fighter and other games he already played more than a decade ago. Maybe a year or two from now we'll hit the point where all he plays is COD and SF.

Sorry @actually the site is still bugged dood, but I would imagine that Phil would fall into the category that he's "too cool for school" when it comes to this sort of thing, he would mostly want to minimise the amount of time he wears his glasses because it's fallen into different priorities for him. One, he has made wearing the glasses a tip goal multiple times, if his vision is so poor from a certain distance and he knows that he needs them to read things, then why attach a monetary value to them at all? He's essentially handicapping himself and making his gameplay more shitty (I know it's poetic, but we still see that he likes to run with the moniker that he's a real true gamer type of person) and secondly, we know that Phil likes to over exaggerate things to a T, including his back conditions, whenever he's sick/ill and just recently when he sliced open his finger and it was the worst cut he's ever received in his life.

So I suppose whilst it's a certainty that he would have to wear glasses in accordance with his drivers license, da truth of the matter is that it's not as necessary for him to wear them all the time as he makes it out to be.

However I suppose this wouldn't rule out the condition that his eye sight over time will probably get worse.

I don’t know about pigs, but humans tend to get MORE farsighted as they get older.

If you are -2 nearsighted when you’re 20, chances are it’ll be -1 when you reach 40.

If you have 20/20 vision at 20, you get farsighted with age, which is why so many folks in their 40ies and 50ies start to get reading glasses.

In other words, if Phil has always been farsighted, it would get worse with age, and he might have trouble seeing the screen by now.

I had perfect vision my whole life, could paint the eyes on miniatures without magnification. Then I hit my mid 40's and over the course of probably less than a year I went from having prefect vision to not being able to focus on anything closer than about 3 feet. I can't live without a pair of 2x reading glasses on me at all times, I have to use them when I game, and now I use a pair of 3x to draw and paint.
Dave's health is so poor I wouldn't be surprised if he is effected my this a decade earlier than he should, just like how he easily looks a decade older than he is.

The absolute first thing he did in every Back 4 Blood lobby was instantly mute all of his teammates. Which led to him getting votekicked because he refused to communicate in a teamwork game where communication is necessary. He can't even handle other people talking over him anymore.

I'll throw in my two cents regarding Phil's protected status. I do think some people actually protect Phil because they're worried about drumming up more support for him. But, I also think some of the people who speak out against it aren't necessarily speaking out against trolling Phil in general as much as they're against unfunny troll plans.

That's personally where I fall. I don't think Phil needs protection, but if someone makes a stupid troll plan, well, it should get called out for being dumb/unfunny. That's part of why I'm critical of the "troll" attempts that involve throwing money at Phil. Although even then, I'm less critical of someone like Snowkarl because he's effective at getting funny rants with his donations, but I feel like Snowkarl is infamous enough in the chat where he can cause rants without having to resort to superchats.

I'm also a firm believer in not discussing troll plans on here, but that applies to anyone, not just Phil.

That's why the glasses story is so great. There's no way he didn't lie his ass off about them at least once - either when he first wore them on Hate Live and said he was blind, or ever since while he claims he can see just fine except at long distances.

Apparently, one or two of his neighbors knew enough about Phil that they wanted nothing to do with him.

For one Hades isn't a 2021 game but ok, also it might be me but I find it odd a grown-ass adult has a "games of the year" list, like a dunky like best games I played this year list but like I said maybe it's me and my slow ass at playing games like just finishing Death Stranding last month and in "the modern era" playing Person 4 for the first time.

Even worse is he skips more games "in the modern era" than he plays choosing to play shit like the zelda remake no one asked for and certainly didn't want or FO:NV over something like Scarlet Nexus or Guilty Gear Strive.

More recent was in March when he was banned from StreamLabs, if it counts. Aside from internet drama shit that's normal for all streamers, people don't fuck with Phil much anymore.

There was also that fake "I'm gonna rape your wife" note he wrote to himself from a troll's perspective and tweet'd out. He doesn't even talk about that ever. I doubt he even remembers it.

There was this fat pedophile who was harassing LSP and started taking things too far. The less said about that troll, the better.

LightSydePaul still posts some great DSP edits on Twitter from time to time. His Youtube is completely dead.

I remember that he had an autistic sperging on twitter where he said that he'll send @Nigel of Ukip to dox people......as if Nigel was his own personal weapon which could be summoned and used whenever he wants

IIRC, LSP's neghole pozzing occurred when he threatened to doxx people/other detractors whom were harassing Leanna on Instagram/Twitter. This was around spring/summer time of last year. From what @Shirō Ishii is saying, it sounds like he planned to employ Nigel to do that.
