Accounts on Kiwifarms are ostensibly anonymous. As long as he is just posting as a random anonymous user he isn't breaking any rules. If he decides to start posting as himself (OIC) then he needs to get his account verified with the mods. This is so you don't have a dozen random accounts larping as OIC, or Swagginz, or Phil's adopted sister/cousin Melissa, etc.
Also if he gets his account verified he no longer can tell Phil it's just mentally ill Kiwifarms troll conspiracy theories.
If he doesn't want to get verified and post as himself you can't force him to by making aggressively homosexual posts @ him.
