For the people feeling down in the dumps: I got you, dude (or dudette). I feel like I don't have a future... but we are gonna be able to make it, I think.
Someone here said once to hold on, the people aren't gonna keep on taking boosters and shit... watch their reaction when their green covid app turns red after 6 months and they can't do anything anymore until they get yet another shot. Side effects will run rampant by then. Some will have to concede. It's just really gonna suck for the coming future. I got a Covidian family and bad job prospects but imma keep going.

Joey is the worst "President" in over 150 years. James Buchanan, right before Lincoln, may have been as bad.

Kentucky, outside of the truly pozzed areas of Lexington and Louisville, generally have a long history of voting Republican for federal elections and Democrat for state and local. This is invariably going to change ever since Andy Beshear has shown his ass at every turn. From mask mandates, because he says so, to getting on state television and having the audacity to tell Kentuckians that they'd best not disappoint him.
Maybe Kentucky wouldn't have overflowing hospital beds if a majority of the state weren't morbidly obese and smokers/alcoholics. The obesity epidemic in the state is absolutely insane, but you can still find pizzas being served on the daily in public schools. Kids had best wear their masks, but no problem if Little Jimmy is fifty pounds overweight at ten years old.
Combine that with a political environment that refuses to acknowledge other avenues of care for the extremely ill, such as Ivermectin and other treatments, and no shit people are dying. The first and last treatment is intubation. You can hunt down Reddit threads where psychotic nurses are laughing about the unvaccinated being give a a death sentence once they're put on a respirator. Should we try the Nobel winning antiviral treatment that couldn't reproduce overdoses in extreme quantities in monkeys or should we just hook granny up to a ventilator? Definitely the ventilator, we got pharmaceutical profits to think a here!
The pharmaceuticals have absolutely ran away with this country in a way that the military industrial complex could hope to dream of. They've managed to hook nearly the entire globe into a neverending supply of expensive vaccines, because things like Ivermectin have no patent and cannot be made to be profitable. They've created an underclass of humans to point the finger at, even while their own vaccines give evolutionary pressures to the virus to continually evolve to continue to infect new hosts.
It's almost like this was all by design.

In my country, at least, they are reporting of ICUs being nearing capacity again, with most patients being unvaccinated COVID-infected. On top of that the medical personnel is exhausted, having not properly recovered from last winter. The anger towards unvaccinated people has strongly risen because of this.

The argument is that they've been reducing ICU space over the past decade to cut costs $$$ and all that, and now it's surprise pikachu face that they're always running at capacity. Thing is, the bed space problem (and trained personnel to go with it) is not solvable within one or two seasons, which is why the only solution is to absolutely get vaccinated.

@HymanHive agreed about segregation, to add onto another point, look at South Africa. not only can they segregate they can fuck over 90%+ of a region or population and not bat an eye. just the ability to do that back then must have been an amazing undertaking and they still did it despite hourly chimpouts. 90% of the country was in favor of destroying the infrastructure and ability of the entire country to fuck over the whites for decades and they still remained in power despite embargos.
to add onto this, police wisen up pretty quickly, on the offchance some department did go after the mob back in the 20th century they knew to only allow policemen who were basically orphans to be on the taskforces, unless its a deliberate trap for propoganda like Kiki, most departments get rather uncomfortable sending men with kids out on suicide missions
