While it’s Pee’s fault that he’s completely dependent on Chinny for car rides and getting out of the house in general, I don’t think he could have anticipated her introducing a man with a violent criminal past into their home.

Pee is the one legally tied to the lease. Chantal, as far as I can remember/understand, can up and leave anytime she wants without consequence. If somehow she was in immediate danger from Stabby, she might possibly be able to get a family member to pity her just enough to take her in until she feels safe enough to go back. With the passing of grams though, she could very well be shit out of luck. Peetz, on the other hand, would be stuck alone and wondering if an engyptian with a knife is gonna come around his home if he can’t go somewhere else.

Of course ultimately this is his own fault entirely for having no backbone, but if a stabby coke head doesn’t spark something in him to stand up for himself, nothing will (we already know he won’t). He’s probably not even aware his roommate is putting him in danger.

*Nader will never harm her (other than some slaps to keep her in line). He’s not stupid, he doesn’t want to go back to prison, not for Chantal. He knows that everyone has his name and address to give to the cops if anything happens to Chantal

*chantal is stupid, but she is also cunning. She is a survivor. She will do and say anything to get what she wants. She lies much more than she is truthful. And she is successful at it because her only interaction is with that chat.

*Everything she does is for affect. The looking around in fear, when she claims to be afraid of Nader; the ‘accidental’ shots of her undressed; the being nice to peetz; the intermittent waves of grief; the lies about upcoming doctors apt or anything productive; allowing herself to look and seem pathetic and depressed (only to she her true self as soon as she gets some pushback from her audience). She is always working and manipulating her target audience and she’s successful.

*it’s going to be some sort of health crisis that takes her out. She will never ‘get healthy’, she’s probably never going to give up Nader who in fact meets her needs of feeling desired, getting laid, and still allowing for the freedom to binge and live stream.

I feel bad for her family, her cats and even Peetz who is clearly to weak to get out. It would be a gift to have her ‘go’ sooner rather than later. She is so toxic.

I tend to agree, and I think the vast majority of her viewers outside of her hugbox have that same opinion. I wonder how much of last night Chantal remembers. She took edibles and "microdosed" shrooms so I really doubt she understands what she did. Not long ago she was reacting to compilations of her on live and seemed genuinely shocked to see her own videos from days ago. She saw herself doing her Challenge to All Haydurs Gunt Dance and said she didn't remember doing that. She even asked why she would do something like that, I think she had no memory of that stream. It's no secret that heavy drug use can fuck up one's memory (that's news to Guntal btw) so I would be surprised if she remembers even 75% of what happens.

This reminds a lot of her revelation that she was "addicted to cocaine". We breathed a collective sigh of "I told you so" as she confirmed theories that she'd previously called lies. The next day she was already starting to walk it back, but her supporters, especially the ones who believe everything she says, did not forget. They especially didn't forget that she needed serious help. Chinny proceeded to not go to rehab, pretend she was only doing weed (It's medicine! Would you rather I do coke?), ignore her supporters trying to keep her accountable, and got everyone to pay attention to her, all while obviously still doing hard drugs. I suspect this will go the same way, with her pretending to not see him despite immediately going back to Nader and trying to regain the approval of tard chat. Already Guntal mentioned looking for the heart necklace she dramatically ripped off to symbolize casting him away, hoping to wear it for her next trip to the floor mattress. She will do everything she can to pretend things were never really that bad, but things can't ever fully go back. Nobody is going to believe he's a great guy who totally wouldn't stab her ever again.

I'm really curious why people are so quick to believe Chantal when she says these things about Nader. She is a known liar. She was angry, first for whatever happened that led to Nader not being at her apartment, then even more so after finding out he's sending nudes to her VIBs. Think back to high school/middle school. Didn't we all know at least one kid who would make up lies about their friends when they were mad at them? Chantal may be 37 but she still behaves like a middle schooler when it comes to interacting with other people. Chantal reads this thread. She probably also reads threads about her on Reddit. She knows what people have been saying about Nader. Is it really so far fetched to think she would take things that have been said in those threads and throw them out there in a ploy for asspats and superchats?
