I'd speculated on this previously based on things I had been told by some of Ralph's "gold star callers", even before I contacted Faith to confirm that she had Ralph served with her restraining order in Vegas. I didn't have the details but my thinking was that it was a misdemeanor and the victim is now across the country with her family, away from the defendant. Since COVID has fucked with the court system, and because Ralph is a fat f(l)aggot they would probably want to make sure not even the judge would say, "Yeah, jail" and risk him dying if he caught it the ACA probably offered him a deal on her own which he took. I do think he, through his attorney, asked for something to get away from the charges but the DA deciding to do it on her own and not consult Faith at all is also a strong possibility. All Ralph likely had to do was NOT have any contact with the Vickers for a year, thereabouts, and he'd have been home free. No charges. No wasting money. No threat of another crime. But no, he had to lose his fucking mind with Mr. Vickers, the one person who would have made sure Ralph was looking at time in jail again if he was pushed, and he got what he fucking deserved.
EDIT: Also, the reason I never made public the e-mail where Faith told me how Matthew Vickers served Ralph in Vegas was because there was some personal information in it that I don't think the forums needed to know, to include that she was living with her grandmother and not in her parents' home anymore, hence why she had to take out her own restraining order against Ralph. Matthew Vickers, however, has made that public in his own thread, so I figure I can now explain why I decided not to publicize it.
