My God, how does he have such a grandma face?
It's called gero-cis-passing, sweaty, okay ?
As to the last video, it doesn't surprise me that Jim is "one of those", but it'll always weird me out that the classical (Or maybe it's only from S.J.W.s ? Either way it's the one I keep seeing) american pro-abortion argument is "It gives women bodily autonomy", while the pro-life one is, for the record, "It's murder".
Because the way I was always "taught" it as a French child was that it was because until 3 months the embryo is not life because it doesn't have a full human body, therefore okay. You can argue the numbers or even the base veracity of this assertion, but on principle, you can clearly see how that idea has the potential to defeat the pro-life one: If there is no life, there cannot be murder.
But the U.S. argument, and the one Jim seems to reiterate, just doesn't do that, it entirely ignores the murder argument, almost
de facto conceding that it
is murder, to instead focus on what the consequences of that maybe-murder could be. Even if you ignore the fringe that will flat-out say that even if it were/is murder it's still be okay 'cause muh autonomy, it's a really insane oratory and moral position, and even as a pro-abortion...-ist, I guess, my gut reaction to that argument has always been complete disgust, almost to the point of thinking the right shouldn't be given because so long as this is the reasoning for it, it will be pushed until it becomes downright amoral.
