My bet is Lou's dad fell and went to an emergency hospital to get checked out. Lou's mom tried to call him to tell him what happened. Lou missed the call because he's to busy grifting on twitter and jerking it to TF titty tiger porn and has his phone on DND. Now all Lou heard was the message she left and he's frightened because she isn't there to make him more cheap spaghetti. Not like a normal person would call someone to ask what's going on or anything.

Plenty of people have politics that are further left than Joe Biden. That's not that unusual. Yes, Twitter is a performative circle-jerk of people who pretend to be commies for Internet clout, but about 50-70% of Americans support universal healthcare, which is a position that is further left than Biden's policy set. Lou isn't political except that he supports whoever he thinks would give him free shit. He's literally begged for money from Ted Cruz before. He has no true ideology.

okay in order for this one to be true (Which, while having Diabetes is true, said Diabetes being hereditary is not true considering this is Lou) both of Lou's parent's need to have been diabetic for him in order to have as low as a 1/10 chance to as high as 1/4 chance to get diabetes. As far as we all know, only Papa Gags has some sort of confirmed Diabetes which would put Lou, provided he was born before his parents became 25, at a 1/17 chance at being diabetic. "Papa Gags" isn't actually Papa Gags, it's his half-brother's father Joe Zastawniak. The actual Gags Sr. might have been diabetic as well, but that's a moot point as well - his 'beetus isn't type 1 (juvenile/insulin dependent), it's type 2 (adult-onset/insulin resistant), fully brought on by his lifestyle choices. It has nothing to do with genetics.

Unsurprisingly, Lou misses the point of Paradise Lost by implying Satan was the good guy. He was the protagonist, Lou, not the hero. There's a difference, but it's all very complicated.

Could be a collapse, and then the hospital workup showed a metabolic derangement. Lou's stepdad has end-stage renal disease, early-onset dementia, and a recent diabetic foot ulcer (per Lou, at least). All this, and he's still been renovating his wife's house. Add in that this family shows love by buying people restaurant food, and that he was outdoors in the sun.

It's pretty easy to get into trouble with no renal function. Waste just accumulates until dialysis day, and then you start another slow death until the next one comes.
