Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

She still can't accept that the default judgement is gone.

And I am just giddy that she brought up the freemasons again. She looks like a conspiracy retard. This bitch has less of a grip on reality than a modern day tranny.
Where is her evidence that either the judge or Hardin are freemasons?

What on earth would she say if asked about this in court?

The super duper legit emails sent to her that were totally not written by an troll. She put images of them into one of her many meritless filings as something she believes COULD be real and favorable for her. According to the very believable email Judge Jones, Hardin, Null, KiwiFarms posters, and other people in her community are all Freemasons in a conspiracy against her. She tried to use this as a reason for judge Jones to recuse himself.

Believing a random email that pretends to be helping her? Sure. Believing a random poster is attempting to put satanic curses on her? Just par for the course with Mel. Anything with science however, is just too unbelievable for her. I wonder if her deathly ill child has caught something that would have been preventable because Yahooey is mad at her for losing the lawsuit. Again.

side note: how many times does she use the word “absurd” in her filing and say the exact same point paraphrased multiple ways amounting to “No u. I can’t be at fault. Eye for eye bitches.”

I'd just like to point out that her "reply in response to defendant's motion for extension of time to file document and defendant's motion for an appeal bond" was filed the day after the court had already granted the motion for extension of time. Half of her reply was moot before it was even filed. Granted it'd take a few days for it to reach her in the mail but she could always follow along online and she'd have already had the PDF.

She's taking Ls so fast she can't even keep up.

Wow! That is impressive. She’s just making shit up. “Defendants Council Lacks Standing to request an Appeal Bond”. Wut? WTF Mel? Defendant’s Council is an Extension of the Defendant. He acts in the Defendant’s behalf. The matter of his standing is beyond irrelevant. His standing to bring the issue is it is in the Defendants Interest, which requesting an Appeal Bond almost certainly is. You, the Plaintiff do not get to question whether or not the Defendants Council is properly acting in the Defendants interests. Just as you don’t get to determine whether or not the Judge is in some way racist or misogynistic for not doing what you want. You are a crazy person. I look forward to your incoming Vexatious Litigant designation, your looming contempt charges for ignoring any and all judgements and rulings, and your court ordered psych exam when that follows the oh so predictable path.

I can't imagine God is particularly sympathetic towards Mel after decades of using scripture to justify her promiscuous and (from a Biblical perspective) adulterous lifestyle.

Since I've been reading every single post she made since the beginning of this thread for the last two days, I may provide some clarification.
1. She does not like the term "God" due to its Germanic origin and pagan connotations. She uses Hebrew Elohim (literally "pantheon of gods" or ha-Elohim as single deity) to set the being apart from Christian God. Her version of Elohim is very similar to herself and very accepting of her.
2. She does not follow the Bible. What she follows appears to be a compilation of Old Testament, parts of the New Testament and some apocrypha.
3. She points out (sometimes accurately) that many characters described in the Old Testament led similarly promiscuous and adulterous lives, which she uses as a justification for her own lifestyle.

If you read her accompanying memorandum of law she explains that the reason she feels defendant lacks standing to request an appeal bond is because she is proceeding in forma pauperis and the court hasn't revoked that status yet. (It's very reminiscent of the argument she made for why Josh shouldn't be able to fight the default. "It already happened, therefore you shouldn't change it.")

Side note, why the fuck does she always do that, putting a bunch of legal arguments in an accompanying memorandum of law instead of just putting them in the arguments section of the response? Is that really a thing, or did she just latch onto that practice for some reason and thinks it's necessary? Is it actually necessary to file a separate memorandum, or simply an option to separate the arguments? If anything it seems like it's just increasing the amount of work she has to do.

I fear you undersell her stupidity here. She doesn't like the term God because she thinks it is the name of a specific pagan deity, rather than a way to refer to a deity, much like Lord or whatnor. She likewise thinks Elohim is a specific god and not the name of the pantheon and the title of the head of the pantheon (also called El, though it's worth pointing out El and YHWH are probably not the same entity)

2. She does not follow the Bible. What she follows appears to be a compilation of Old Testament, parts of the New Testament and some apocrypha.

And even then, what she "follows" is filtered through quite an intensely warped lense, as she believes Yeshy the Meshy commands his followers to demand retribution and satisfaction from those that have wronged them, among other odd beliefs.

3. She points out (sometimes accurately) that many characters described in the Old Testament led similarly promiscuous and adulterous lives, which she uses as a justification for her own lifestyle.

Which she honestly doesn't need to do. People have told her repeatedly that if she wanted to get her freak on, it'd be simpler and saner to just admit it rather than couch it in her twisted faith first.
