I think she's also doing that horrible makeup trend where you make your under eyes look puffy and swollen. I really do not understand that at all but it's a "jirakei" thing and she still seems to be identifying with that style.

When everyone says 'red eyes' are you all saying 'bloodshot sclera' or the stuff around where you'd put eyeshadow? Because that's definitely weeb makeup, red/pink toned eyeshadow is just a common look over there and not limited to that style. Looks good on the Asian girls who don't want loud/glam Western looks and not so much on washed-up beenus. Whatever she's doing with her glittery eyebags looks awful, it just accentuates them.

I feel a lot of compassion for Venus but as many here have already pointed out she has a complicated personality disorder (BPD) that makes it very difficult for her to improve her circumstances. First she has no support (family, close friends), she also has no purpose meaning there is nothing for her to strive for, no life plan. Her disordered life must be like living in the eye of a tornado surrounded by chaos. People say she doesn’t want help but I think its more complex, I think she doesn’t know how to Get help, how to hold on to help nor how to sustain it. some here talk of her as manic but she is not suffering from mania which could mean days and weeks with no sleep, hallucinations and psychosis. I think she is simply depressed, frightened and alone. Whomever here said no one can help her was right, only a professional can help her tackle these problems but she would really have to commit herself and she will not find that kind of mental health care in Japan. Frankly I think she is Hiding in Japan. Going back to Europe would mean she isn’t ‘special’ and she would be forced to live a normal life which frightens her because she isn’t ‘normal’.

Also I doubt she is under the care of a clinical psychologist. God only knows what she is calling a therapist. A therapist would have told her to get herself offline until she has a clue as to who she is and what she wants! She has no life so no interests except food, kiddie nonsense, candy, booze and sex, which aren’t exactly interests or hobbies. Right now she has nothing to offer but her broken self but giving that away online is a dire mistake. A good therapist would have her offline working on herself, developing sound interests that aren’t completely self-centered as well as getting a real job and maybe going back to school. She needs to learn how to raise herself because of bad parenting. DBT treatment is a kind of re-parenting process until the person learns to take care of their adult responsibilities. What she is doing with her life right now is truly scary and I truly feel bad for her because I know she really has no clue how to help herself or find a way out of her inner disorder.

Also I think she may be self destructing publicly so her mother can see the devastation.

Oh no I do not think its simple! I totally agree with you that its a steep hill for her to climb, I am simply pointing out that she can not climb it herself and so needs to do something drastic to get herself to a place where that help is available so she can have a life and not just an internet persona life. Yeah she will always have to have a no contact rule for her mother. I do not disagree with you.

I wasn’t going to join but after reading through some of the thread I wanted to say something. Yes Venus is not an angel and BPD renders the sufferer as a pain in the ass for anyone involved with them. Yes she is most likely vindictive and dependent and desperate but those are features of the disorder. Borderlines are always suicidal, sometimes they actually make it and using it for attention etc. yep, that’s BPD. Its all why she needs help so she is not relationally maladaptive.
