The problem with that is those are mutually beneficial interests. Who really cares why the average john wants his hookers located in safer neighborhoods, healthier because they can afford (and obtain) good healthcare, not under the thumb of some leeching asshole and not operating under threat of arrest? Those are all things that benefit workers and clients.
