As far as I know, PCOS only causes cysts on the ovaries and the cysts produce androgen hormones, the condition gets worse the fatter you are. It does not cause uterine tissue to grow outside the uterus though. It can make it difficult to get pregnant because of the messed up cycle, but that's about it.If she ever took enough testosterone (I'm still of the opinion she quit taking any significant dose as soon as she got the first changes because it made her actually gender dysphoric):
A big problem for FTMs on testosterone is vaginal atrophy. Some use localized estrogen to stop it all drying up.
Doesn't PCOS fuck up the uterus too? Most of the munchies I've come across with it complain about things like uterine tissue growing in areas outside the uterus etc (I don't usually get my medical info directly from munchies btw it's just enough of a trend that I assumed it's based on something).
