Phil will have the tumbleweed chat he always wanted because of stuff like this. The most telling line in his rant to me was how he was complaining the karl name "isn't even a meme about me". The world has to revolve around him. He's so transparently jealous and bitter anytime anyone in his chat is having fun with literally anything that doesn't center around him. He's made his gameplay unbearably boring, his commentary is worthless, what does he expect people in his chat to talk about? Anything other than feeding him guides is being banned on sight.
