I was going to type something silly but the truth is that Kevin COULD have multiple reasons for being trans: even a man like Kevin is one step up from amoeba in though process (although I rather hang with rhe amoeba). However, the fact that the fetish part is both so often brought up by him as well as slung a flurry of defenses when anyone brings up "you shouldn't troon for a fetish", it has got to be his biggest reason as well as his sore spot.

Kevin tries to make negative qualities about himself positive. He's pleasantly plump and is totally meaning to be fat etc. He knows some of his faults, but he's too defensive and insecure, refusing to change them out of laziness and thinking he could never change. He has no discipline and no belief that he will ever have it. So he never chooses to make long term changes and instead gets assblasted by others point out his faults he dare not fix but pretends he isn't since that is what a mature person would do.

So when he says AKTUALLY YOU CAN TRANSITION WITH A FETISH BUT SO MANY OF US DONT BUT THERE'S STILL NOTHING WRONG it magnifies it in sane people and kiwi's heads that he's doing it for the fetish because he's so goddamn defensive about it, bringing more attention than he inteneded.

For most of the more narcissistic ones, screaming, shitfiting, and cancling the transphobe doctor, then finding someone else. For more of the hardcore "I MUST have surgery because it will cure EVERYTHING" ones, crying then tearfully posting how their doctor is a transphobe before looking for another one is what they do. For the few ones more tentatively swept up and are quiet online (i.e. not on the sideshows thread, the grs thread, or their own cows), they would reconsider and at least have a moment of deciding whether or not to find another doctor, or even as a sign to detransition. I say the later because detransitioned men have talked about stuff like that.

But you can bet most garden variety of troons cry and find another doctor, or throw a shitfit and find another doctor. When transitioning is a hard fetish that people chase like drugs, nothing can stop them from getting a fix even if they don't heed the "you can't jerk off no more" warnings. And when transitioning is a panacea, where chopping your dick off will cure your depression, loneliness, emptiness, lack of meaningful relationships, and so forth, its find another doctor or exit life permanently.

It really is hard to say "someone did not know what they're getting into" with troon surgery as doctors give you a list and a few consultations on what to expect. If you said, "yes sir/madam, I want one amhole knowing all this could happen!" and then it happens, who is at fault?

Edit: there is also no standard procedure or procedures on vaginoplasty yet. There's a general guideline for like the 3 categories iirc but each surgeon has their own technique. SRS horrors thread details it.
Without standards for each technique, it is hard to find a doctor to say "yeah, that ain't right" when they can't say what went wrong aside from everything.

That is such a waste of time and resources. Even if seeing troons wasn't taking away from real women, what exactly can a gyno do? They're trained to examine and treat actual vaginas, not hacked up penises. It's a myth that gynecologists can't tell the difference between a real one and fake one. Your average gynecologist is going to not know wtf they're looking at, much less how to treat it. Each SRS butcher uses different techniques and after care protocols. Not to mention you have lazy idiots like Kevin who don't do basic aftercare instructions, so that means each neo vagina is going to vary wildly and look nothing like the photos in that guide.

Even if the gyno found an issue, do you really think they are going to do anything that would risk them being sued for messing up their patient's stink ditch? Hell no. How can you change who you are in a way that would make an AmHole work? It's supposed to be a replica of a birth canal, but you can't use it to reproduce, it can't really have orgasms, it can't menstruate. If you dilate, use lube, get lucky, and find a gentle and understanding gynadromorphophile, you can use it to have sex, maybe.
I think that letting it close and heal is sometimes a better option than dilating.
Deathfats make their surgery work by eating less calories and burning more calories and taking supplements since stapled stomachs won't absorb nutrients the same way as intact stomachs. But is there really an "eat less, excersise, and take your vitamins" setting for troons? Keep that wound stretched out and become an OnlyFans sideshow? The "no standard procedure" is how they keep dodging medical malpractice lawsuits. It's experimental surgery, so no one knows how it's supposed to turn out, so no one can say if a surgery is wrong or not.
