I forget who, but someone a while back asked why Russell was on this kick to legalize prostitution when the brothels where literally 45 minutes away. Given that Russell has claimed to visit street prostitutes in the past, I think it's likely that word of his antics has spread and he is no longer welcome at any of the ranches. Since we're back on the topic of Russell committing rape/murder, I'd just like to remind everyone that Russell likes to learn about serial killers, listens to female-oriented murder podcasts, and has a particular fascination with H.H. Holmes. He definitely fantasizes, if not outright plans.

If he wasn't such a despicable person and his motives weren't so filthy I'd have to admire the strength of his conviction. Most dudes would have given up by now and started improving themselves mentally and physically to attract women, but not Ruzzy. He's gonna get that prozzy pussy if he has to walk on water.

Even though I've been calling Chris-chan a future mommy rapist for years I still think the circumstances separating Chris and Russell are significant enough to where it's anyone guess what Russell will do. Federal law defines a qualified protective order as one with an intimate partner. That includes someone who is or was a spouse, living together, or someone with whom you have a child. None of those would apply to any restraining order I've seen for Greer.

Sure no one cares about something that is still up from December 28, 2016 being archived now, but I feel it is important that Russ has to suffer knowing that we archive everything he does so that he can never live it down. I think that is the thing that is most interesting about Russ, to me Chris Chan was always going to end horrifically and tragically, but the list of ways expected were short ((necrophilic) mother fucker, (accidental) suicide, starvation on the streets due to dead Barb, death of infection from his own filth, and if he ever found a girlfriend who didn't put out fast enough then rape). With Greer... Well... I can't see how this will end. I know it will be horrific and tragic, but Russ seems so capable of so much yet so little. He's uniquely creative in his legal madness, an incel in denial, a hooker obsessed freak, a narc, and absolutely insane. I don't know where this is going, but I don't think anyone will like it.

I know there's been a lot of speculation about this, but I still doubt Russ is a legitimate, physical threat to anyone.

I am less quick than I used to be to dismiss creeps like Russ as an actual threat. We thought the same about Chris and then he raped his mom over and over again for weeks. There's a tendency as a male, even if you aren't some kind of massive badass, to dismiss how frightening and intimidating a violent male is to a woman.

That said, no man should really be under any illusion that the prostitutes they fuck think highly of them. If those prostitutes really thought that you were the cat's meow they wouldn't have to pay them.

This is why while in principle I'd be for legalization, in practice, I really think decriminalization is the better option. No court should ever enforce a "prostitution contract" or otherwise compel sex. People just shouldn't be arrested for it if they voluntarily go through with such a thing.

I don't think a judge would ever compel sex. However if say services were not rendered, I could see a judge telling the the fake prostitute that she must return the money.

Think about this. Contracts, verbal and written are laid out where this is legal. And just like contracts for website development, if someone doesn't finish the job, the judge MAY order the developer to hand over whatever work is already completed. But for the ultimate solution for any contract that is not carried out is return the money, be it partial for a partially completed contract or in full where no services were provided at all. Nobody is going to demand a company or contractor that has already acted in bad faith should continue said work.

And it already seems as if included in the terms and conditions of places where it is legal is that if the John acts out of sorts, that the encounter is terminated with no refunds.

And how many people are really going to sue over something like this. At best in most cases this would be a small claims court situation. And it would probably be too embarrassing for the John to sue even in small claims court.

Added autism: I'm always surprised and disappointed that Russ never seems to fully get trick rolled and he never seems to have been clip jointed (Vegas is one of the few US cities that have actual clip joints).
