I skimmed through those Twitter accounts and didn't see anything Russ-related. But they're both pretty lefty and the Ihopwaitress one retweeted this recently:

I am less quick than I used to be to dismiss creeps like Russ as an actual threat. We thought the same about Chris and then he raped his mom over and over again for weeks. There's a tendency as a male, even if you aren't some kind of massive badass, to dismiss how frightening and intimidating a violent male is to a woman.

And violence with Russ is always right below the surface, as much of a coward and weakling as he ultimately is.

Of all the Cows, Greer scares me the most. For those saying “he’s a wimp and a wimp who would never ever act” He has acted. In steadily escalating ways over the years. There are so many red flags with Greer. From High School Kill lists to multiple orders of protection. Stalking convictions. Constant attempts to weaponize systems such as the law against perceived enemies, or to bend women to his will. He has a fascination with Prostitutes, generally the most vulnerable and most easily victimized women available. And every failure or frustration just seems to make him worse. Any old school experienced law enforcement investigator will take one look at Russ’s history and shudder. Because he is scary. The only thing that separates him from an actual monster is his stunning incompetence. Most of our cows are narcissists. Russ is something beyond that.

Yeah, specific performance is an extraordinary remedy. It's only awarded when there is no other legal remedy available. Refunding the client's money is an available legal remedy, so I see no reason why a court should ever order specific performance of such a contract.

Note that ability to pay doesn't have to factor into the court's decision to award a monetary judgement. That becomes the problem of the person trying to collect the judgement.

What's more, if there's a serious concern that a court might order specific performance from the hooker, the lawmakers could just put in the law that specific performance is not an available remedy in contracts for sex. Courts enforce the laws, they don't write them. If it's clearly written, unambiguous, and constitutional, they're supposed to enforce it as written.
