Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Didn't a couple FDA directors quit at the beginning of the month over the booster plans? Their people seem to be really adverse to letting this happen. If anything were to go wrong, they'd take the fall for authorizing it.

Is this just cabal collapse/obstinance/lack of leverage on the new guys? Probably, but makes ya wonder if they know something more.

I disagree kinda, as long as they're still shooting it, they're thumbing their noses at the admin. I also saw someone say they should go to Mexico and do it there. That would be an optics nightmare, you have more freedom in Mexico than in Texas.

But remember everyone, Trump didn't believe the science and embarrassed us on the national stage. That's why we now have ambassadors being withdrawn, our president held in contempt by one of our oldest allies, and FDA telling the admin to fuck off with their bullshit.


Oh and throw in us murdering 6 (7?) kids and an aid worker, because fuck you. But General white rage committed treason because of mean tweets. Or maybe he was just angry he couldn't murder little brown children under Trump, because as soon as he left that's what we immediately started doing again.

The frogs basically were trying to jew the Aussies and fleece them for cash ($70 billion in fact), but then chad Biden came out of left field without warning and offered them nuclear subs instead of the diesel ones the frogs were building. The deal that was thrown out had been going on for like 5 years and now they're absolutely seething. French elections are soon and Macron (who's quite unpopular) is facing Le Pen again so he has to put on a tough guy act.

To be honest, I don't know. I knew about the resignations but that's generally an impotent protest when you have no way to back it up. But such a massive blowout vote failing?

That's an extreme reaction, means that there was more going on with that deal than just a sub. Keep an eye on this, we clearly are missing some important pieces.

There is a big difference between being based and being contrarian.
Take the submarine deal. France wants to sell to Aussies, but Aussies take the US/UK deal because it is better. In no universe is the adult response to this the withdrawal of ambassadors, but the French are a very special kind of wh*toid.
