I haven't really been paying attention, and I don't have time to watch the entire stream right now. Who snaked on Rekieta?
Further, if you go to Drex's Sept 9th Migtown Podcast we've been talking about, Nick joins just a bit before 3:50:00, his immediate comments make it clear there were back-channel communications that agreed about the "snake"-ness of some people before this hit the front page. So I'd have to apologize to Legal Mindset here for being a bit early to say it was just his interpretation. Yeah, Nick's clearly agreeing with the sentiments that people, who arguably "owed him", unfairly dropped him when they thought he became "toxic".

Speaking of DUI Guy, he was apparently texting and phoning Rackets during the ban period.
Is his channel seen any continued growth in viewership after the whole Depp saga? I didn't really care about him because he seemed weird to me, and not in the Kurt kind of way that can at times be redeemable were the autism is surrounded by a wealth of knowledge and sometimes funny jokes

Here's the video of what he's talking about on locals right now. The pit is... a foot deep? Maybe two? But they have to be 6+ feet deep in order to offer safe levels of compression. Plus by landing flat on her back on the foam, with the foam only being that thin, leaves nowhere for all that pressure to go but right into her spine.

Another angle. Yep it's a couple feet deep over solid concrete, there were a bunch of injuries. That 'bounce' was all her coming off of the ground. They're already planning on suing. It's a no brainer.

Nick's favorite Riley Reid wants her to sue.

He's posting his cases since he's a trial lawyer. 247K subscribers and pulling anywhere from 3-20K depending on the video. 33-200+ comments on videos averaging from a quick glance ~100

Edit: He's pretty slanted politically in his videos just by the title.

Nick's very neutral video saying the DUI drama was gay and everyone needs to move on was apparently the straw that actually broke the camel's back. Jesus christ these weirdos have such thin skin.
It's that + apparently them blaming Nick for their numbers plateauing and then falling after Depp ended. They thought they had broken through some mythical ceiling and it was nothing but upward trends from here on out... Until Nick stole their viewers from them.

Nick was actively crippling himself too. By not having guests and not talking during the trail at all. He only really started back in full forced after the duiguy stuff happened.

All righty.

Rackets read the complaint email on his Locals.

Sender was Jason Derkastan Derakshan or whatever the fuck it was. I'll need to figure out how to clip it out later since Locals has gay video streaming.
This retard btw
You mis-spelled it but there is a Jason H Derakhshan in new jersey. Very distinctive name... now to find a white pages that will give the full info instead of just a pay-wall.

Someone was saying on Twitter that Twitchcon is offering to go 50/50 on the medical. Seems like a weak attempt to cut off a lawsuit if true.

She did have to walk through the foam pit to get to that platform, so she was likely aware of how deep the foam was, so there's some contributory negligence/assumption of risk, but 50/50 is still too low of an offer imo

I 10000% agree. You surround it with obvious foam you're making people assuming falling in it is safe, which leads people to assuming jumping in it would be safe (and honestly if that jump was unsafe than some falls would be.)
SOOOO
The real question is if there were waivers, "btw, it's only a bit of foam, we'll let you look at it, don't assume it's a lot more than foam over concrete". If there were then, well, such a case would be tough.

But I'm guessing this was just some "genius" person's idea of a gimmick for a show that is now immediately regretted, not fully thought-out and certainly not tested very hard...
That setup, no joke, could theoretically kill someone who doesn't even jump into it, just be unlucky circumstance, because that sort of foam is so inadequate to actually bear 100-200lbs of weight... it just collapses.
