Been doing some ponderin' after seeing she hasn't changed her Twitter.
I really think she's going to push him to rehab and be stupid enough to go back. Ralph may very well get clean for a day or a week or hell even 90 days.
But there's a selfishness+self loathing at the core of every addict and he will literally never deal with the defects of character that are the actual causes of his problems.

Even if she does have access, I don't think she would say anything public for awhile. Her and Ethan are both openly willing to blackmail people and try to ruin their lives, and they certainly have tons of dirt on each other and intermingled finances and accounts. She's probably waiting to see how things play out before talking any shit.

Its not completely over yet, but Ralph is coming very close to a full on victory here.

-His horse bride leaves with the kid he hates. 2 less mouths to feed and that nagging voice telling him to cut back on the booze and pills
-Free to buy more cheap mexican prostitutes
-Can start drunk driving all over the country again to hold events for his 5 fans

All that is needed to get a complete win here is having Ralph using this as an excuse to stop fighting for Xander. The best case scenario is Meigh demanding child support and forcing some sort of sobriety upon him as part of visitation/custody. It gives her a steady (ish) source of income, and more importantly ensures that Ralph survives to pay it. This makes him more broke and stops him from ODing, so that his suffering can continue.

It's not that it wasn't legit, it was a more heat of the moment thing which seemed like a lapse in judgment/moment of clarity for her because things went right back to normal. His response this time seems more like he knows he fucked up, even if he is somehow gloating now.

Honesty’d probably have nothing to do with it. Remember that Ralph has never held an irl job, and thus probably couldn’t even begin to understand what actual consequences are until very recently. Piggy didn’t leave the nest until his mother literally dropped dead.
