By her own accounts she wasn't even a kweer non binary paraphile witch bxy in high school, she was most likely the weird girl who wouldn't shut up about her celebrity crushes, needed extra help for her mental issues and was noticeably immature for her age. late & gay re: asexuality: there's a subset of terminally online people out there who won't shut up about being horny and have porn blogs full of Hazbin shit and other depraved cartoon fuckery. I genuinely believe these ones when they call themselves asexual... because what they mean is that they don't experience sexual attraction towards actual real people. Physicians can't really do mean notes in the chart anymore because a patient is legally allowed to request to read his entire medical record.

I have no idea what a "minimum pay sidenote on her parents insurance" is, but Stephanie/Yarrow is too old to be covered by her parents' insurance.

Idk, notes can be pretty spicy when done under a passive aggressive nature.
Even merely reporting her own quotes verbatim contrasted with reality would be enough to make for a very clear read on the situation. There plenty ways to say attention seeking, munchie, cunt in medicalese.

Agreed. I've read a lot of medical records in my career and the worst (non-institutionalized/incarcerated) patient I've ever dealt with was described by the doc as "unpleasant" - that was the only time I've ever seen such a thing; otherwise the passive aggressiveness has come up in other descriptive phrases like "unreliable narrator", "poor historian", "noncompliant", etc. Munchies/wokies have bitched about these terms in recent years but how else is a doctor supposed to say THIS PATIENT IS NOT BEING TRUTHFUL or THIS PATIENT DOESN'T TAKE HER MEDS/FOLLOW MEDICAL ADVICE? If patients have unrestricted access to their med recs (note: I am in NO WAY suggesting they shouldn't) then health care professionals have got to have a way to communicate the reality without patients getting pissed off (although fuck knows, the only ones who read their records regularly are the ones who will decipher what the passive aggressive/coded charting means).

Guys, don't let words divide us. Nobody's expecting Stephanie's doctor to dictate "plan: continue to fuck her shit up comma gender hyphen style."

If someone is used to reading medical records, day in and day out, they're going to have a much different threshold for "spicy" than someone posting in a camwhore thread.

Personally I was on tenterhooks reading Lou Gagliardi's ophthalmologist notes that the cow in question declined to follow up his positive QuantiFERON, and that didn't even have any verbatim quotes in it. (Nothing more straightforward than a good verbatim quote.)

That's exactly the point.
It's not for Staph's benefit. It's for other medical professionals she comes into contact with.
It will be more than clear from her notes what kind of person she is and how serious to take her on varying issues.

I would love to see it.

(My mention on her parents/insurance is me just wondering if potentially you can pay or contribute a stake towards another party's insurance, such as an adult sped child, in the US, which I know nothing about.)
