He got a lot of things in his sentence, but he completed his probation like a good boy, and also paid the fine, so things like Jail were dropped.

What I’d give to see the contents of both of those “PRIVATE” counsellor’s reports on Russ. He really did need a proper psychosexual assessment, shame he never got one.

These are the best I can do now. I might look into it tomorrow, but expect no results, because this is probably restricted. Not gonna try contacting his therapist, because I am positive they are forbidden from disclosing anything as per federal law. Also, that'd be an extremely low bar.

It's not lube...it's the sloppy seconds (sloppy hundreds?) from dozens of other guys before you. It's just such a grody concept. I can't imagine why anyone would be OK with it, let alone aroused by it.

I would assume they're all wearing rubbers. And being able to finish in 1.44 minutes isn't a good thing.

By documenting this bastard's behaviour and making it easily available to anybody who searches for his name, you're doing an important public service. At least now, the next woman Russell stalks and harrasses will be able to easily access evidence of his past patterns of behaviour -- all the better to have him locked up.
I had no idea about this case at all. That the courts continue to allow this stalker to engage in lawfare against the women he's stalking is a complete travesty. What an utter scumbag.

I certainly hope Russel doesn’t notice that public court documents were posted to Kiwifarms, as he might make a motion drawing attention to that to the courts in a copyright case.

That's what the court ordered to Russ. It ordered an assesement and a treatement if necessary.

There's (usually) a minor technicality here. The court CANNOT order you to undergo medical treatment (normally) - but they CAN make it a requirement of probation.
So you get a "go to jail or go to treatment" kind of deal.

Lolcows consistently getting nothing but slaps on the wrist has done more than anything else to show that the "over-criminalization" narrative is absolute BS. Chris was a perfect example, even before the Incest saga. The man violently assaulted two people, went to therapy, and got everything dropped because he could play the autism card.

Well the Court can order you forcibly committed to a psych facility. But they tend not to do that so much anymore outside of catastrophic acts of violence.

I think he could still get a place if he phrased it as "There was a rough patch when my car got repo'd, so I couldn't work as a postmate to pay my rent either, and I got a new car as soon as possible and wanted to pay back what I owed, but they didn't care. The important thing is I have reliable transportation and income now."
But instead you know every time it comes up Russell says "The landlord ILLEGALLY evicted me when it was THEIR fault I was behind on the rent because they didn't repair their gate that must've been broken by a hooker working for a notorious Neo Nazi hate site that's after me and that stupid Judge denied my stay without any brief or explanation and it's everyone else's fault but mine and I never should've had to pay it!"

March 2, 2022 letter says he will meet with therapist monthly due to affordability. June 10, 2022 says completed 16 hours of counseling. They had 4-hour sessions? OK.
