Prediction - Guilty plea in exchange for a lesser charge - 1 year probation, 1000 fine and 100 hours community service( hopefully SOME community service).

Now for the good bit, the civil lawsuit, his lawyer will try to work some kind of deal with her for Nick to pay 50,000 and settle. She'll say no where they'll up it to 100,000.
If he proceeds after not settling, this dude may be hit with a judgement that could wipe him out.

He is pretty conniving with his cash though and hiding it so auditing him may be difficult.

I get where your comment is coming from in spirit, but she literally just knocked on his door, said "Hi," and he immediately peppersprayed an unarmed middle-aged woman. While hilarious and ultimately harmless, that's the ultimate bitch move coming from a 20-something dude. Absolutely shameful and cowardly, had he done that in public in front of a group of men of any race he probably would have gotten his ass kicked for it.

This is probably right but Nick is actually more likely to see time than Styx, who I actually don't think is stupid enough to go full Nicktard. Styx is getting a fine and probation, maybe not even supervised. If he even puts in a half-assed effort not to tard out completely he'll probably even get a deal that doesn't count as DV and trigger him having to give up his guns.

And I'm not saying it's hugely likely. If his lawyer is remotely competent it probably won't happen. And this is even if they raw deal him and he doesn't take it and goes to something like a trial. It's a minor crime and while the provocation didn't rise to the level of provocation that is an affirmative defense, any jury looking at it is going to recognize this is two fuckups going at each other.

People have said things about the melanin in the jury pool but even black people don't like a Karen. In fact, they especially don't like a (((white))) one because they've been on the Karening end of them before.

If he (or the actual owner who is his mom or something?) has homeowner's insurance or rental insurance there's a possibility it might even cover the defense of certain claims. It would really depend on the terms of the policy, but in a case where he was at least arguably defending his property, it might be covered.

If so, the usual process would be making a lowball offer for what is essentially not a huge claim unless someone has brain damage or is permanently gimped in some other way.

my negative feelings towards Nick are readily apparent if you read my comment. I can think that Nick is a homosexual degenerate whilst also hating the person who literally showed up to his house to harass him, the two aren't mutually exclusive. Granted, calling the police or just ignoring her are much smarter alternatives to macing, but then we wouldn't have gotten that great video, would we?

Have we even seen the entire encounter, an anon on pol said there's a chance she was hanging around his before she even started filming, otherwise how would Nick have been able to be so ready to just jump at the door with spray on his hand? If she was shouting or failed to leave after being told to it could work in his favor, however I'm not invested enough to know if this is likely.

It is kind of weird that as soon as she approaches the door he is ready with spray. Ultimately she did turn up at his house to harass him so I don't exactly feel sorry for her.

Hope he gets some community service, he would hate that.
