Account sharing is whatever, this is a tight clique of tech illiterate troons so of course they share their accounts just like I, and presumably everyone else in existence shares various premium services with friends.

The websites backend hasn't been updated since moot left, a huge chunk of the jannies & moderators have been dox'd because their op-sec is poor but you're here claiming the site turned shit from government malfeasance instead of a group of neurodivergent circlejerkers being born outside the small window that bequeathed tech-literacy.

they've been propping up moderation staff with USAID funding to the point where when it got cut off the EFF started failing, Mozilla failed instantly, and the entire Linux ecosystem started falling over

I no longer get the dumb ass scrolling variant and every captcha, if I even get one, is only 4 characters.
This shit was a strict improvement to the site.
The real way to improve 4chinz is for any non-/b/ board to blacklist any and all non-US or JP IP's(JP only being included because hiroshimoot) and for the site to make every egregious attempt it can at plainly not working on a mobile device through viewport/browser fingerprinting and banning IP's from cell networks.

Fucking nearly 400 pages of highlights to go through since yesterday.

To me if this is the end of 4chan it has been like watching a family member die that you thought would have died years ago. Bitter sweet, you remember the good times and the reason why you spent a lot of time there but as things slowly gets worse you didn't spend as much time with them as they got worse and that's my feeling for 4chan

I found out about 4chan back in 2006 and spent nearly 15 years lurking, posting and participating in raids like the ones on Habbo Hotel, Justin.tv and fuck knows what else. I have fond memories of 4chan but it was too depressing to go back there knowing that all of that fun I used to have was gone and I didn't have the time nor could I be bothered looking for that fun there.

It's hard to describe the feeling. It wasn't the website I viewed when I was growing up but I also thought in the back of my mind that 4chan would always be there no matter how much shittier it got. Probably the most ironic/best wat to go that 'infamous hacker' known as 4chan got shutdown by being hacked

Lastly fuck you refugees you stayed on the ship too long. So now drown with your ship
