  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I missed the whole webp debacle, so maybe people already reported this, but uploading images (tried both PNG and JPG) through "Attach files" (1) breaks the image. "Insert image" (2) works fine, but it's cumbersome to use - you can upload only one image at a time, plus it inserts a full image, so you need to delete it from the post and then insert the thumbnail.

@Null Just noticed you support passkeys now. That's awesome, but it seems to be broken with 1password? 1p saves the passkey but the forum errors out with a generic error message (yet i see the request to account/passkey/add returns 200)
 
Are banned people excluded from searches now, new glitch or an extension of the name _space_ glitch and i somehow never noticed?

You can't pull them up automatically in the Search by Member field since they don't show up as a suggestion, but if you know their username you can still search for them in either field. I just learned this yesterday myself :)

I had some trouble with 2FA on my PC, when I tried to sign into the site, the site would hang for a minute or two and I would get 10+ different 2FA codes to finish the login. I finally managed to get the right one to login after a bunch of attempts.

This is incredibly minor, but it triggered my autism...and now it's gonna trigger yours.

Do you see it? Look closer. That's right, today's topic is the fact that sometimes the very bottom of the the "Like" thumbsup icon is getting overlapped by something and it makes the bottom part of the outline not be closed properly.

Man what a gay idiot I was grandstanding in a fucking technical report; shut up me. I should have specified that this only happens sometimes and I haven't identified a pattern of any kind. If anyone wants, I will find and link a post where it happens for me, I've tried refreshing and it's at least consistent which posts it seems to happen to.

I can't confirm on my end because I obviously don't have the like button for my own post, and for whatever reason the highlights navigator doesn't show up on any posts on this page for me. Also ew, how the fuck do you look at the site like that.
 
Not sure if this belongs here, but sometimes when people quote reply to me the arrow to jump to my post disappears and this text is displayed in the quote window.

I don't think I have seen this with any other user and I assume it is due to the special characters I have in my name?

Someone just pointed out that the report button is no longer available when viewing a restricted profile, but checking it now it looks like the report button is missing on unrestricted profiles too.

Edit: Nevermind, I'm retarded, but I still think you cannot report restricted profiles

You should be able to by taking their profile URL and adding /report so like:
https://kiwifarms.st/members/boxershorts47.50024/report

After you send it, it will take you to their profile page and display the "private" notice, but the report should have been sent (it does in default Xenforo, I don't see why it would be any different in Kiwifarms).
