Nick didn't get a win
Sadly, he did, for this chapter. Despite all the information available - and texts that Keanu did not read out - Gabe and Keanu fucking failed.

Nick's planning to go live in 35 min, for which will he'll probably be an hour late because the man has no clue how to be professional, keep time, or manage expectations. And, because I choose to (no one asked; I'm not being a martyr), I will be summarizing him laughing uproariously at Gabe and Keanu. It will be painful, but I can see an Ws and Ls where they rest.

It is what it is. For now.

It sounds like Keanu bitched out with the messages and Gabe had to scramble beyond him overselling it.
This stream wasn't supposed to be about Keanu leaking her DMs. This was supposed to be the results of Gabe's much-vaunted "investigation". This investigation was so secret that Keanu wasn't privy to its results until the stream started.

The blame on Keanu is going along in broadcasting this shit rather than turning it down like a regular person who wasn't a moron would, but I'm glad she did, because it was hilarious.

Name the sources then, skelly. If they're so j reliable, why not name them? You've doxed and tried to harass your nanny with some of the dumbest lies already. What's another two or ten?
Nick is implying Aaron was at least one of Gabe's sources. This was already obvious. Aaron claimed to be talking to an "investigator" a day or two after Gabe announced he had "previously undisclosed, serious, criminal allegations" to "report" about "Nick Rekeita" [sic] [also, false] before later hyping Gabe up as an "investigative journalist", and one of the stories that Gabe presented was effectively the same as something Aaron already said on Kino Casino.

It's good that Keanu and Aaron actually thought this was real investigative reporting. If Aaron didn't talk to Gabe he would have had so little that I think even he would have realized he needed to back out on the stream.

Because some people see everything as a zero sum game. In reality, there are definately situations where both sides can take an L, and that's basically what you saw last night.
Knowing Rekieta, who thinks of himself as so smart, did exactly what RTU did with his Dropbox and told on himself for literally no reason is better content than if there was an actual real "investigation".

As predicted, Nick's accusing Gabe of being pedophile:

[Nick] whining that he was punished by the government for abusing drugs (and his family) instead of a principled, dignified stance against potential government overreach.
I've yet to see how the state's case was weak
Criminals like Nick always pull this shit. Every excuse under the sun to avoid consequences. "Government overreach," the "Constitution," or "Civil Rights" are mere magical words for these people to avoid accountability. Hollow buzzwords meant to conjure the idea that the speaker concerns themselves with high-minded civic ideals and principles.

But the truth is they have no principles, no greater theory, no real belief. People like Nick are unconcerned with ideological consistency or even coherence. They will say anything as long as it permits them to escape the consequences of their actions.

Eh, I think Gabe was depending on texts to buttress his claims.

Gabe struck out because many factors, mostly due to him being an Eagles fan boomer and Keanu being retarded.

I do feel like an hour of the stream was just Keanu being a tard. I give Gabe some leeway, he could recover some face by going on with PPP and Warski to let them mock him a bit and ask questions. Keanu was no where near intelligent enough to ask questions.

And unfortunately all drama good or bad is still narcissistic ego supply to Nick,
he even commented "I love it" to confirm.
So he'll either have to OD, or be murdered by a family member to finally end this ongoing saga. Even prison, or jail will only be temporary.

I dropped in on the stream without knowing much of anything about Keanu, and it was kind of mind-blowing to realize that she was an actual retard - not "lol u dumb", but legitimately mentally disabled. When was the last time you talked to someone who couldn't read or follow simple instructions? For most of us, myself included, probably never.
Maybe it's a little flustering with some overbearing guy barking at you, especially when time after time what he's fussing at you about has no real interest or import. You know he's that guy who goes into a secretary's cubicle to stand too close and loom over her from behind while snapping orders and micromanaging how she's doing what he's hurrying her through.

At the beginning I thought he was going to be very organized, and I was even patient with a meandering build-up...until it became clear that though there was a pattern and string to what he was showing, it ran more to the autistic brand of conspiracy-style thinking - 80 minuscule things they think paints a clear picture but just don't objectively show what they think it shows. Not every page full of dots is a Seurat.

Don't get me wrong - I don't think she knew what to do with all of the off-topic wandering or how to wring out of him why he thinks x is important and new. She seemed to want to be overly polite and accommodating and so didn't have control of the show. And unless he just sent his 50 million clips and info to her that day and didn't give her the sequence he wanted them (pro tip: if you want someone to follow & help execute your strings on the bulletin board narrative, give them a document with an outline and embedded files or links), she seemed unprepared for what was going to be in them (and so when it was nothing, didn't know what to say or how to make him tie it together for the audience).

As for him, as I said, I could see how in his mind he was building a narrative, but it came across as haphazard; instead of building a foundation and layering on top of it, it was three or so random observations that just didn't cohere very well - and what there that was "new" was so lacking in detail and vague in general that it ended up him just asserting "iceberg" 70 times. Yeah, sure, and there are probably 50,000 of the 194,000 comments here expressing similar extrapolations. And maybe also don't advertise a big reveal in 2 weeks then come on and start with, "I only researched this for a week-and-a-half." First, it means you advertised before having any reason to - or you thought you had something but spoke too soon or aren't willing to say it out loud. Second, undercutting ("I barely know anything about this") to distance yourself from what you know isn't great work is lame. Far better to say, "I thought I had something, but on reflection it's either old news, just my opinion, or the people I spoke to aren't willing or able to provide enough for me to be comfortable giving specifics or providing tangible substantiation. Sorry, folks, maybe another time."

But also, Gabe, sharpen up your presentation of evidence. If it's not bang on the money, don't bother showing it. And you don't need 4 30-120 second clips to make a single point, unless what is shown is previously unknown and very sharply showing a specific thing. Most of what was clipped/aired was just background information (here's Nick supporting a probably bad person, here's Nick being wrong, etc.).

And that last little thing was not a finale; it was a garden-variety ill-advised video by some guy having a bad time and looking rough - and for some reason sharing info about very bad things from childhood. Don't know anything about that guy except his name floating around here, but even if he's a terrible person, going "Ha-ha, you just filmed yourself admitting you got raped as a child and even as an adult can get a bad Proustian moment when you smell your rapist's cologne" is...childish at best, tacky, and possibly cruel - but also uninteresting...and off-topic. Like, no idea what thought process led to including that.

Nick is now millimeters away from defamation. You can see how desperate he is to walk over that line.
I've yet to see how the state's case was weak

The state's case was airtight and Nick got about the same sentence he would have gotten from a conviction. About all Nick got out of it was saving his two whores from having to do probation.

Fun fact: Emily D. Baker has/had 60,000 people watching some of the best lawyering of closing arguments I've ever seen in a popularized trial. Nick missed it all. She probably made $10,000 for a day's work. She's also been hilarious.

Remember the old days? I do. (Some of us liked the makeup drama.) She's soared, he crashed.

It's just a reupload of yesterday's rant. He tries to disguise it as being about Karen Read when really it's about himself. He basically says that he was pressured into pleaing guilty because he was afraid of losing (and its consequences) if it went to trial. He further argues that guilty people should be "let go" if the state doesn't have a strong enough case. It's just sour grapes on his end.
>I wish the criminal justice system worked like the (Minnesotan) CPS system!
Also, what is he even talking about? The reality is that "guilty people" are "let go" all of the time when the state doesn't have a good enough case, i.e. it's not infrequent for criminal charges to be dismissed or withdrawn.

Sure, Nick will never be that popular again, he's completely ruined his reputation, alienated all his fans, destroyed his relationships, his family, all the money he got, and will never get any of it back, but at least he got to do a lot of drugs and pretend to be a rockstar for a couple years

He’s a greasy cuck who’s losing his hair and streams to 1000 people.

The man takes L’s just getting up in the morning.

Lol. No.

Look, you can criticize Kiki for not knowing how to run a stream very well, and being extremely naive, but the dearth of content here is almost entirely on Gabe. Kiki could be the smartest and most well organized person in the universe, and this stream still would have sucked enormous amounts of ass because Gabe didn't really do much of anything to move the ball down the field (that said, I will concede the stream also would have been over quicker if she were better at this).

Gabe was the guest. He was supposed to provide the bulk of the content. Her main job is to provide the forum. Technical problems and stupid comments/questions aside, she fulfilled the basic requirements of that role.

This wasn't supposed to be Kiki's DM drop stream, so I dunno why people are giving her crap over that. This was supposed to be Gabe announcing the results of an "investigation."

Look, I gave Gabe the benefit of the doubt going into this too, while remaining cognizant of the fact he could just be trolling. When the dust settled, it became evident the man just outright failed to do anything worthwhile outside of getting Nick to sperg in the days leading up to this, and admit to something he didn't need to admit to. And that pretty clearly wasn't even Gabe's intent. There was no 4D chess move here. That's just Nick being dumb and taking an L on his own.

I say write off Gabe as a player in all this, and move on.

Maybe some good news regarding the legal effort to get the bodycam will drop, and the bad taste from this can be washed out. Or something else, maybe. I dunno.

I do feel like an hour of the stream was just Keanu being a tard.
That still leaves a good 3-4 hours of Gabe mostly regurgitating old shit everybody already knew.

As I and others pointed out in the days/hours leading up to this, WHERE he shared what he was going to share is considerably less important than WHAT he was going to share.
