I’d suggest it’s the latter. I doubt Tammy has any sexual urges at all. While we’ve seen her have relationships with males in the past, I very much doubt these went beyond companionship or the dude being a feeder and getting himself off watching her eat herself to death. At the size she was she wouldn’t have even been able to reach to masturbate. I suspect she just wants someone to call her own because everyone else in her family has partners or kids around showing them love, someone who is and available for hugs when needed. She’s had no-one like that in her life for any length of time.

I'd also wonder how being such an extreme case of ham planet even growing up affects her development - not just sexual, but cognitive. Tammy is... quite obviously a tad slow and not just in a way the rest of the family is. The woman literally had fat growing out of her head because it was unable to store fat elsewhere! That had to have affected her in more ways than just being gigantically fat.

Tammy's probably never experienced a proper orgasm, and I really wonder if she can. I have no idea if that sort of extreme obesity affects your hoo-haa. In males you basically get an innie instead of an outie I guess.

It's that heavy Appalachian brow. J.D. Vance has the same thing, but money plus a Y-chromosome makes it a little less off-putting.

I think that homosexuality is a "choice" more often in women than in men. Not always, there are dyed-in-the-wool lesbos, but a lot of times it's an emotional decision arising by being fucked over by men. With men, it's more of a physical attraction to the same sex, even though they may have an emotional attraction to a woman (John Travolta and Freddie Mercury come to mind).

Y'all are tripping. Tammy is a certified freak, 7 days a week. I'm just being cringe lol but I do believe her when she says she's pansexual. Just because she's physically repulsive and hopelessly ignorant doesn't mean she's asexual or just going along with stuff out of loneliness. Some of the most oversexed people I've ever seen/met have been specimens on Tammy's level of "sexual market value."
