I guess that explains why this suit was such a fucking mess. This lawsuit was only ever really a negotiating tactic.

Esplanade Owner LLC case dismissed as per stipulation (the judge still hasn't figured out how signatures and dates work)

It can be illegible as long as the bows and arcs are smooth and even. Null's signature looks like something you clumsily scribble in a rush with a worn stylus on UPS courier's pad at best, and written with a crayon at worst.
