As an aside, the aforementioned "Exhibit V" does not actually appear to exist and I can't really find which one of the exhibits is supposed to be the one referenced.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant shall in accordance with the Master Lease, at Defendant’s own cost and expense, within 7 business days from the date of the entry of this Order, provide Plaintiff with a letter from the manufacturer certifying that the Product is in good operating condition and is eligible for continued maintenance, and that the operating system is at the then current level, unless the Product is under a manufacturer’s service contract.

I believe this is a proposed order, given that I don't see an actual order entered in the docket. Further, only proposed orders come attached to an application

Path Network, Inc. et al v. LastPass US LP (2023). Path abandoned this lawsuit as soon as they filed it (even before the complaint, seemingly)
