That was a lot of pages. So, Judge is taking this seriously and if was goimg to throw it because of the revenge porn thing it would have happened already.

I'm wondering if the Judge is trying to get people to agree no a mutual no contact/no mention. I suspect this is what Aaron's lawyer offered before the first hearing and was rejected, by default making Aaron look like the reasonable one and also completely fucking Nick's brilliant legal strategy of pointing out the Toe is the obsessed one, but he can't face the prospect of not being able to talk to him or about him. Ha...

I assume what's going on is the judge trying to get both to agree to a mutual no-contact, but Nick starts crying and banging his fists, shouting "No! No! No! This order is bullshit! Here's a 5 hour compilation of Aaron vaguely alluding to me! He ate my goo!" as the judge rolls his eyes and continues the case.

If this is the outcome it will be ever so sweet, considering how Nick and that fat guy scoffed at Aaron's pre-hearing settlement offer. I assume it was on much the same terms - we don't talk about each other anymore.

Ordinarily you'd only see this sort of thing if the discussions in chambers already reached an agreement in principle about the broad strokes, and the attorneys are just tasked with circulating and revising a draft proposed order that the judge would then sign as soon as it's e-filed, in which case there would be no need to set the SEC (settlement conference) at all and it would only be needed if and when the drafting gives rise to unanticipated new disagreements about the details. In other words, it sounds like there's already a deal.

After all that talk about this case being so "frivolous" as to seriously consider sanctions, why would Nick suddenly cave like this? Weird.

I feel sorry for this judge, who appears to be a sane individual trying to do his job, who has had to spend over a day dealing with an absolutely ridiculous case that only exists because a mentally insane retard has spent upwards of six figures spewing literally hundreds of exhibits to the court even though the court has stated that various to rules of normality, 99% of this weird Nick spam of EVERY SINGLE THING that Aaron has done that ever pisses him off is somehow an EXHIBIT will be excluded.

It's pretty obvious this court has realized Nick is utterly insane.

It's just trying to figure out how to deal with the fact a millionaire like Nick can just endlessly spam the court with utter gibberish every single day. The court has complained of literally HUNDREDS of submissions from Nick. Remember when he begged for anything Aaron ever said about anything?

He probably, as a complete crybaby faggot, actually submitted EVERY SINGLE THING in HUNDREDS OF EXHIBITS.

Wow. What an insane homosexual. Not even a complete loser like Russell Greer got that crazy.

Looks like he's in this jacket - which is textured in some way and has red thread highlights. I've always interpreted it as being snakeskin patterned. Very demure! He doesn't know where a tie is supposed to sit but otherwise, we've seen considerably worse fits from him. And that one is a lot closer to being court appropriate than his last one.

It really does seem like when the going gets tough, Nick Rekieta immediately folds. He talks big about how he's going to fight the State etc. etc. but then he just plead guilty to everything. Likewise, he was going to strike down the frivolous and fake HRO but now it looks like he's just giving in and settling - we just don't know the specifics yet.

What a bitch.

No wonder Melton was looking so stressed on TLP this evening - he's absolutely cooked. The case against MAPton is stronger than the case against Nick, and Melton's not oblivious to that fact. If Nick feels like he has to settle, then Melton DEFINITELY has to settle.

Though I'll admit I don't know why either of them would settle - they have nothing to gain from it, unless Aaron's willing to make the restraining orders less-strict than the currently pretty lax TROs. Which seems unlikely, I'd expect Aaron to be demanding a "No online mentions" clause. So if Nick's actually settling, something must have gone really *really* wrong.

Nick appears to be confused by the 'weight' of evidence not being a literal comparison of evidence brief sizes.

It's like a tonne of feathers vs a tonne of steel, only in this scenario Nick thinks that his massive tower of feathers must weigh more because its so much bigger.

I shouldn't be surprised that, having seen some of Nick's streams, he does not understand the concept of quality over quantity.

"Court today" Why even bring this up, Nick? You can't talk about it. It's also not relevant to your stream status, court ended at 5pm, it didn't really extend your day even with the drive back from Saint Cloud.

Why bring up your kid? Why blame them for the stream being late? (and later, when he doesn't stream, that will be the excuse)

Why? Because he's just fishing for sympathy. You're supposed to read this and think that Nick is a dedicated family man that just wants to make content for his audience, but the big mean evil monster Aaron Imholte is preventing him from spending time with them keeeeeeedz and from doing his show.
