i have to politisperg to try and convey just how unfathomably retarded Patrick is about politics. McCain was one of the worst Americans to ever live in the 21st century (arguably of all time) and about the only positive thing you can say about him is that at least he knew what it was like to get shot at... unlike scores of democrats who falsify their military pedigrees and misrepresent their records.
ol' maverick RINO McCain was in Kyiv in 2013 openly speaking to CNN that the US delegation was there to "orchestrate" a regime change in Ukraine and he expressed a particularly deep satisfaction that Victoria Nuland was right there beside him, helping to pull the strings. McCain was funded by George Soros and stood on the stage celebrating when Soros overthrew the Ukrainian government in 2014. one particularly excellent quote on McCain is that he never found a war he didn't want Americans to fight. he crashed five US planes yet was a textbook example of a narcissistic politician using his military history for personal gain - Mark Kelly learned well from him, and Ruben Gallego from Mark - and he fled with the press after the Forrestal's flight deck fiasco. he was not an honorable serviceman, but at least he was in the service; his pretend patriotism belied a complete disaster of a human being that only got worse with age.
i learned to loathe McCain, but many such considerations aside, he did suffer for the USA in Vietnam, and it is thanks to people like McCain and other brave souls in uniform who defended the rights of poltroons like Rick to be idiots from the comforts of their beer stained couches. he also stepped away from his presidential campaign to try and tackle the fiscal crisis of 2008 whilst Obama and the media mocked his response. it's disappointing that, for all his raw experiences, he became another machine politician for globalist cunts.
it should have been a lesson not to elect brain-damaged, shell shocked men into any kind of office. i certainly won't forget that a man who was held captive as a POW tried to hold Americans hostage to free speech limits, or that he had a massive corruption scandal he eluded by rebranding himself as a champion for reform.

Fatrick is the worst type of person, a type I’ve dubbed a “last step thinker” (well, “last step leftist” but his issues extend beyond politics). Last step thinkers not only have no consideration towards the logistics of whatever cacame scheme they dream up, such aspects quite literally do not exist for these people. It’s the type of thinking that infests environmentalist and welfare groups.

I still laugh that in all of his squealing tucked in there is "you will be forced to take a guilty plea deal after being advised by your attorneys." As in the evidence is so insurmountable that no attorney would ever fight it. Here in reality I think if it ever came to that the average pest could fight "calling a fat retard a fat retard on social media" as not being a felony, possibly without a lawyer. The current record shows that strategy has worked thus far.

Somewhere in his brain he settled on this being done by a cyber stalker terrorist ORGANIZATION, and something something corporations are people something 1.2 GPA all of them are liable for all crimes. IANAL but I think the only things he could (possibly) bring up are the transcripts, the airbnb visit(s) alongside other things IF and only IF that individual did anything else, otherwise it's just a weird pilgrimage for Internet points, and the SWATTing.
But Torswats was caught; good luck getting his specific buyers if they're not actually Pat like some theorize, and good luck identifying any particular individual for any of this shit. Patrick couldn't even get a restraining order against a guy who travelled from 3 states away specifically to fight him and the last time he sued someone he ended up owing them 80k.
Patrick's ability to fight terrorism is about on par with his ability to restrain his pendulous bitch tits.

To be fair, while Patrick obviously looked like a massive lunatic to the judge over that, it would probably actually be legally difficult to to grant said restraining order because they literally hadn’t met in any context until Patrick forced him to attend court.
Setting a precedent of being able to grant a restraining order against someone preemptively is not something I would imagine a judge wanting to do.
