There is no default zoom meeting. I believe the parties have to request it and have it approved. That does not appear to have happened.

No, but there are other weird problems with the complaint. Like, how does the landlord reach the figure of $2400? The amount listed in the 7 day notice is $1650. There's some $750 worth of discrepancies.

Russell's hands as well as his feet are deformed. It's common with Moebius syndrome. He appears to be missing an entire phalange on one of his index fingers IIRC.

Like someone mentioned a few pages back, it's funny how pretty much every ambition he has is unrealistic due to his disability. He has a severe speech impediment but he wants to sing. His hands and feet are misshapen but he wants to play piano and dance. He's uncharismatic, hideous, and boring but he wants to be a lothario and rub elbows with celebrities. Telling '90s kids that they could be anything they wanted did him no favors.

Weeks in a year (minus 2 week vacation of course) 50=

$24,960. Or about $2000 a month.

If he does have a car then I don't even think that would cover a payment and insurance for him when he has such shit credit. Like the only places that would possibly sell him a piece of shit car would be one of those buy here, pay here lots that will repossess the car if the buyer is one minute late with the payment.

He does say he's "self-employed" in his IFP filing which I assume means he drives for Uber eats or some other gig work. Maybe he's renting a car through them.
