Yeah but we don't even get the opportunity to throw away 20k in the false hope for more money
Russell is literally the Aesop's fable about the dog with a piece of meat in his mouth who looked in the river and saw another dog holding another piece of meat, so he barked at that dog to give it to him, but as he opened his mouth, the meat fell in the river and was lost.

I absolutely adore how he still seems to think that letting him explain, or any in-person event really, will help him. He's never had a situation where he was allowed to speak that turned out non-disastrous for him. Not only does give people the ick, we've recently in his eviction case been reminded how he's just bad at speaking in the moment and thinking on his feet. He had to come in afterwards and file on paper 'what he really meant to say in person' like a cuck.

I would guess that apart from being retarded, the problem is that he can't comprehend other people (and doesn't try), so as soon as things don't go exactly how he invisioned them everything comes crashing down.

Preliminary info:

I have made contact with the court recorder and he agreed to transcribe the hearing after it happens.

RUSS WANTS TO SETTLE

Why? Here's why:

When? When he loses the hearing, but before or after is fine too.

"ChatGPT, read this docket and tell me how it's going."
"Scanning... Looks like a newbie lawyer eviscerated you with basic contract law, the judge thinks you're full of shit, and they're planning to thrash you in a hearing."
"Hmm, I should demand a settlement before that happens."

Why? Here's why:

"This request is warranted because everything I said is true and I'm very upset." :story:

He truly is the gift that keeps on giving. I am shaking my head, but fucking hell I am glad he continues in the manner he does.

So ViaTRON denies owing him a dime in its MtD and he responds by demanding a settlement? He's completely lost the plot, this is a plightsperg for summary judgment.
Classic art of the deal. Make outrageous demands, get the opponent flustered, then announce you'll settle for less. He's got them right where he wants them!

Scanning for new info, I saw this:

I don't know how you can "breach" a figure being "discussed". I'm also not sure of the legality of "calculating" your OSHA claims to arrive at the number you want to see in your bank account. But I'm not a fancy big city paralegal like Russ.

The funny part comes next, which I'll quote in full:

1. Professional Rehabilitation: Funds were allocated to hire services to repair Plaintiff's online reputation, a necessary step to secure stable employment and avoid falling back into similar "sweatshop" conditions experienced at ViaTRON.

2. Business Continuity: Plaintiff had a coffee shop under contract and intended to use these funds to establish self-employment, mitigating the difficult employment landscape he faces as a disabled individual. Plaintiff lost that business opportunity because of Viatron’s breach of the implied in fact agreement.

3. Essential Medical Care: A portion of the funds was designated for urgent dental work to repair a cavity, a basic health necessity currently delayed due to lack of funds.

4. Long-term Financial Security: The $200,000 figure represented approximately five years of wages, intended to provide the stability required to transition into a sustainable life position, following the systemic discrimination he faced at ViaTron.

The guy who can't afford a filling really thought he was going to get that coffee shop! He had it "under contract"! :story:

I wish we had more info about that particular side venture. The delusions must have been off the chart. Not only did he withhold rent, not only did he put off a filling, not only did he pay for suing the NV SoS, he also put money towards buying a business he has no experience in.

When? When he loses the hearing, but before or after is fine too.
He doesn't really grasp how this shit works. Why would they settle with a motion to dismiss coming nearly immediately? The outcome of the motion to dismiss basically determines the likely value of the case. He's already wasted enough of their time and money with his slurping and drooling that they have no real reason not to have the hearing.

That $20K was as good as it's ever going to get but no, you had to sped it up. Also lmao "lost housing." Wasn't that from not paying rent you fucking tard?

Also it looks like we're back to actual GREEEEing instead of boring ChatGREEpt. Genuine plightsperging.

I actually seriously doubt he can even make a cup of coffee. At least from his posts, any time he has "coffee," it's one of those hypersweet shitty things from Starcucks that is basically hot chocolate for adults.

He forgot 5, they need to buy him a magical unicorn too. What a nutjob.
RUSS WANTS TO SETTLE
Maybe he should have taken that option when it was open instead of choosing to enjoy homelessness.
He chews, so I'm sure he could clench his teeth in a steak as well as a dog
Wtf? No he doesn't. He literally can't chew. He can't even close his mouth.
