Since it is the Angel of Death of Ferretschwitz we are talking about, I will assume he is using bots, however I will say that some streamers even way before bots were on the agenda always had a certain culture in chat, whether it’s because it’s highly moderated, or in my opinion often the case that the average viewer is older, just listening while at work basically. It can be like a wasteland even with 2-4 thousand viewers, or more, their chats are equal to those of streamers with 200 viewers and a dedicated fan base.

That said, with Maldavius likely producing milk for us again right now - I will pray for his ferrets.

To be fair, it's just a good game and Poncle makes good games. I would rather watch someone like Asmongold play it because he has multiple multi-hour vids of playing Vampire Survivors when it was new with chatter participation. I can't fault any tard streamer wanting to try it though, this one is a gem of a ludokino.

I caught the quintheo vid in my algo randomly around lunchtime, didn't think to post it because I thought someone else would've beat me to the punch since it revolved around Discord lurking for months. Props to this guy for sticking with the cow, it's big effort and we'll timed with Ross in government owning Maldman indirectly.

I bought it the other day and have been enjoying it immensely, so I get it. I was just making fun of the fact that Mald jumps on pretty much any bandwagon he can find.

Mald fell from a greater height and in a more hilarious way, but the slow bleedout after the initial SKG shitstorm wasn't as entertaining as the continued spiraling of the Jomhas. Especially in the last couple months of 2025, the content had basically run completely dry. If he got into some ongoing two-sided beef with somebody else and kept producing more milk instead of taking his break, he may have won.

Wanted to let you all know that we're changing around the moderation team. I'm not as large of a creator as I was last year and I had to let people go due to it. This isn't what I wanted to happen but it's important to get things stabilized and move forward.

The primary cause of all of this is me more than anyone else. I took a stance on things I believe in and as a result the studio makes less income and I had to cut staff to keep things afloat. After that cut two more moderators resigned which I don't blame them for at all. Please respect their privacy and let them handle this in the way they need to. I hold no ill-will toward any of them and their HR channels are still open should they need anything.

To the community I am sorry that I didn't say something about this sooner. We were trying to keep things running for as long as possible without this being the outcome. It was not meant as a deception just trying to keep everyone happy with all of these spinning plates at once proved to be impossible.

The entire moderation staff was paid either as contractors in the EU or full-time employees in the USA. All moderators in the USA received coverage for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as part of their employment. I have been working with some of them to extend their coverage as our state allows for mini-cobra. For EU contractors they received payments via invoice equivalent to the USA staff ensuring everyone was paid equally regardless of where they worked.

A few months ago I started moderating the streams and YouTube myself and it's been largely manageable. The Discord is where most of the moderators time is spent now due to tickets and botting activity. I am working on some automated solutions to help out here as most of these seem to be porn links and Mr. Beast crypto scams.

I am opening up positions for community moderators to help out which is pretty standard. You can find these new moderators under the tag @Hobgoblins and they can time people out and remove posts. These are not employees and have no obligation to be here outside of their interest in doing so. Full @Moderators are under NDA, can answer tickets, ban people, and kick people just as before. This should help with coverage and keep this place as good as it has been.

Unpaid moderators never sat right with me. It's a personal conflict to have someone working for me and not be compensated in some way. As such I started working with a third party that is developing a tool to help here. I will be setting up donation links that automatically split all income between these community mods. It will never touch my account and will only go to them. This gives them at least something for their efforts and makes it a little more acceptable to me. This is planned to go live in June.

This is confusing because it has to touch an account before it can be distributed. I'm not saying he's lying about this but I'm not aware of a donation web service that hangs onto money then distributes it to given accounts evenly and recurring. If anyone has any ideas about this, I'd like to know how that works.

i love how he's trying to act so just and honorable with the "Unpaid moderators never sat right with me" spiel, but what he's actually saying is that he's gonna make the discord trannies pay for his mods because he cant be assed anymore.
 
What did he mean by "keep afloat," anyway? He fired all the jannies to keep what afloat?? He's a fucking streamer, he doesn't produce a product, not even the game he was funded to churn out years ago. He generates literally nothing.
Ferretschwitz, aka his literal hobby hoard that is not a rescue or rehab for ferrets, is his personal pet project that shouldn't tie into the jannies in any way. If it has then that's entirely on him.

Unfortunately we'll never find out because he will never fess up to just being a streamer and conman.
