Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

I have no words for this. (to busy laughing at tranny jim jones) Also requesting to add tranny jim jones to the title, the because the troontown saga has officially begun.

This whole "living in a Drumpf-fueled dystopia" bit is hilarious. In Current Year America, even the most despised minorities with no useful skills are free to make money over the internet (via a financial system they have full rights to participate in), buy property, build whatever they want on it, and live there. And what's more, these selfsame despised minorities drive all over the country and smart off to border guards while openly flaunting immigration law, and do they get shot by the rabid stormtroopers? No, they get put on trial and released on bail! Anyone with a shred of perspective would realize we're living in the promised land already. Why does Pajeet think all his fellow "brave undocumented souls" fight so hard to get here? For the life he's living!

So, to recap: the people planning La Zorra are Nina (skillset: code monkey), Greta (skillset: machinist, gadfly), and one Aegean Marin Gauss. We know the first 2 don't have any experience in construction, engineering, or homesteading, so maybe Aegean is the one with all the practical knowledge they'll need.

...oh.

Uh, well, maybe we shouldn't jump to conclusions. I mean, we all have skills that don't appear on our resume. Maybe she's really practical and competent.

...is what I would think IF SHE OWNED A PAIR OF DAMNED WORK GLOVES. JESUS.

I will give credit where credit's due and say the inside of the container looks dope. Except for the propane tank. You're, uh, you're really not supposed to store those indoors.

Please tell me that's not a cat up front.

After blowing up the original image and squinting, I'm pretty confident it's part of the blanket (the colouration pattern matches the pattern directly behind it).

Aw man, I hope no ill-prepared persons bring animals to this thing. Earlier I was thinking, "RIP all those helpless weed plants they'll attempt to grow," but your comment kicked it up a notch :(

Welcome! Welcome to La Zorra! You have chosen, or been chosen, to relocate to one of our finest remaining safe spaces. I thought so much of La Zorra that I elected to establish my administration here, in the shipping container so thoughtfully provided by our benefactors. I've been proud to call La Zorra my home. And so, whether you are here to stay, or passing through on your way to parts unknown - welcome to La Zorra. It's shittier here.

The ogre and the dothead already took their two tiny dogs out there. There's video somewhere back in the thread.

I did a little lookin' into what happens when you bury a shipping container. The answer is that the sides cave in like a beer can. They are designed to withstand very specific vertical pressures, NOT horizontal weight.

https://www.runkleconsulting.com/2014/02/23/no-you-cant-bury-containers/

The sides should be reinforced if they intend to insulate with soil. Otherwise a few temperature changes and rains will fuck the sides up.

BUt they don't have a foundation so it'll be fucked up anyway.

edit: oh yeah I forgot to mention. They're on the West Coast, so Alibaba is a real option for a lot of people and shipping is reasonable. It's conceivable Greta and Co. paid about 3-4k for their shipping container. There are prefab modular housing units with lighting, doors, windows, insulation and basic fixtures for 2-4k. (edit: I WAS WRONG IT'S EVEN CHEAPER https://www.alibaba.com/product-det...re-Prefabricated-Housing_60761998483.html?s=p They could house more troons in greater comfort for less money if Greta ever bothered to do research and think things through. )

Why didn't they just buy some modular housing from Alibaba?

I don't think they were trying to semi-sink the container. I suspect that a lot of the sand just blew there after the container was placed because they didn't get rid of the topsoil before placement and they didn't put down a slab. Some of it has ended there from them grading, but I don't think they've even considered whether or not it's a good idea or just how often they're going to end up with piles of sand blown up against/on top of their structures. Or what that means for a data centre.

We've been tossing around multiple references to Jonestown and Waco. In the interest of fairness, let's go through
a checklist of cult red flags. I went with a government site rather than a .com for extra legitimacy points.
I generally agree with the points you made here, but I'd add a couple of things.
do they claim to have a special corner on the truth, something no other groups has?

  • Eh, kind of, if we count "Only transpeople can speak truth about the trans experience."
Greta and Nina's cult only targets trans people, so we need to look at what they promise within that group. They promise the only safe space in the upcoming Troon Wars that will wipe all troons out except those behind Greta's crossbow of power. Most if not all troons lack any form of direction, so they are vulnerable to anyone who has the superficial appearance of having their shit together, so in that sense the Cult of TLL has "a special corner on the truth" by virtue of having anything at all.

On a wider scale, troon propaganda is full of bullshit like "trans is beautiful" and "girldicks = best."
  • are you discouraged from asking questions as to why members have left, and expected to accept the reasons the group leadership gives you?

Haven't really seen this, possibly because the prerequisite for having people leave your circle is actually having people in your circle to begin with.
Have you seen how they treat detransitioners? Detransitioners are worse than cis in their eyes.
do they put down other churches, groups, etc, while pointing out their faults...

Yep. "Truscum."
  • do they call those who fall away enemies, dogs, or cancer, even using examples from the Bible or other such materials?

I don't recall seeing them react to any defectors, so I believe no.
Again, I would point out that detransitioners are filth in their eyes.
  • do they give importance to a spiritual goal, such as enlightenment, godliness, salvation, that has no real tangible way of being measured?

Mmmnh, not particularly. In Nina's post describing the mission statement of La Zorra, they have a lot of abstract states as their goal, but offer concrete actions to achieve those states. (Whether those actions are feasible, or if they will get the desired result, is another story).
It's not exact, but the "salvation" they offer is from a threat that doesn't exist, i.e. the Great Troon War. And while in theory they have concrete actions, it's very clear that they don't really know how to achieve them.
  • being told you have a special calling or potential and that if you join you will move further ahead; flattery is used often in cults

I can't think of an example of this off the top of my head.
Being trans is not presented as something you choose, but something you were always meant to be. Combine that with the "trans is beautiful" rhetoric and you have a "special calling."

It's not a fucking dystopia. Try living as a jobless troon in somewhere like Uganda, Saudi Arabia or North Korea, then tell us all about how America is such a hellish place. I guess Greta got tired of digging latrines on her own, and that's why they're really going for it with the troon cult rhetoric. I am a big fan of Nina's use of the present tense to imply that all this stuff is happening right now, and they're not just shitting in a hole by a metal box.

If it's such a hellhole then why is Pajeet fighting to stay here? Go back to your shitting street you dothead.
