What's worse is they are quite literally enabling him. Rewarding him for acting out and refusing to work.
If he was just taking a short break from video production to recharge, and people were still sending him money during his short break, that would be one thing. But he hasn't produced a video in YEARS and hasn't been consistent in... Much longer.

This is amusing: Spoony has already lost around 40% of the new followers he got upon his return to Twitter.
42,000 sounds like a ton, but he gets mediocre replies/likes/RTs relative to that which suggests nearly all of them are inactive accounts who followed years ago in his glory days (he joined in 2009).
It's remarkable that Spoony has actually been unsuccessful on Twitter. His political ilk have exploded massively in profile thanks to the American political climate, but Noah has made no progress in spite of having an established platform that should make it easier for his Twitter to grow.

It's because Spoony is well known for being a narcissist and treating his fans like trash. Why do you think most people who watch his streams are trolls? They were former fans who saw how much of a disgusting human being Noah actually is. Only spoony's most hardcore fans remain, and even they are starting to leave him. I have no sympathy for Spoony, he brought all of this on himself when it could have easily been avoided.

What makes the response of the person thinking those criticizing Spoony are whiners dumb and laughable is that a lot of people used to support Spoony until they found out the only content their Patreon money to Spoony got them were crappy streams. But to some that cling to Spoony, those complainers must be people with no lives despite the fact they acted as more or less paychecks for Spoony that just wanted a good video.

It keeps jumping back upwards. This recent rash of aggressive support is strange. A single person pledged $14 on May 15, for example.
I can understand giving Spoony money on stream for attention (that's how all streamers make their living) but it's mystifying why any hardcore white knight would make floating his Patreon a priority given that it's been abandoned for two full years come 21 days. The only alteration Noah has made to it is removing most of the pledge rewards sometime in 2017.

Because he's a legit charity case now. Some people probably never even realized they're still donating money to him or don't care because it's just a dollar or something, some people see themselves helping a guy who gave them a lot of entertainment a fucking decade ago. People who keep giving him money on stream are throwing pennies at a brain-damaged monkey that's trying to kill itself by eating its own feces.
We should collect these charitable people on a list and send them some links to people who are in some serious life-or-death need of quick cash. Noah doesn't need a fucking penny, he needs a cushioned room and repeated punches to his cellphone so he stops using any form of social media to torture himself.
