This case is the basis for case #2, where Jonathan alleges that the defendant lied in court in November 2016. The defendant was involved with Jonathan in the 'Piggyback by Cimorelli' product, which I saw mentioned in document #26. Interesting.

I'm as surprised as you are that none of these suits directly relate to Jonathan creeping on women and girls. I wasn't expecting running into Piggyback in his legal history, though.

I wonder if it will be possible to dox the trannies responsible for the blogs shutting down. Something tells me it's one or two persons abusing their power. Glad wordpress is getting sued over it.

Oh lol, they only added the blurb about "malicious publication of private details related to gender identity, including former names" after they already nuked GenderIdentityWatch. They retroactively changed the rules after the ban.

It might not be a slam dunk, because they don't say the private info list is exhaustive, but still, it's incredibly damning.

Old names really shouldn't be considered private. In the past, you used to be required to publish your name change notice in the paper, to give people an opportunity to object, lest you be trying to scam people or bail on debt. But a lot of states are letting trannies waive that part of the process.

Shit's retarded. It's exactly the kind of shit that enables people like Jonathan Yaniv or puts male, penis-wielding rapists in women's prisons.

That someone lived a life, publicly, under another name is not private information. I mean, assuming those people weren't shut-ins or anything.

He won't.
He will ban anyone he THINKS is a gamergater, or disagrees with him. And he has seen for over a year him getting the same treatment...people not accurately portraying what he is about, blocking him, name calling...
He complains about people blocking him, but still blames everything from Trump to a stubbed toe on gamergate.
I was hoping he would have had a moment of realization, but that should have happened by now.

I think there's two main reasons as to why transactivists haven't denounced/condemned this guy yet.

1) Regardless as to your feelings towards transitioning and gender dysphoria in general, Jonathan clearly is not actually trans and is just using it to deflect any negativity that goes towards his way as being because of "transphobia".
2) They feel like if they have to acknowledge the existence of this guy then it proves that "TERFs" and those who disagree with trans people have been right all along.

As much as transactivists annoy me in general, I don't think they should have to denounce or condemn this guy since I think that collective responsibility of one asshole's actions is dumb.

I don't know if the trend is going, or more is just coming to light, but trannies are going to be overwhelmed by rapists and abusers unless they start burning out fuckers like this asshole and Wesley. There was that one tranny speedrunner, not Cosmo, who got ostracized from his group of retarded commie trannies after he was sexual assaulted. His abuser confessed to it publicly. How could that happen you ask? He was berated and kicked out because at the time he was assaulted, he was in the company of a different tranny rapist who had been already kicked out of the group. Nobody believed him because he hangs out with a known rapist and had they already built up a raging hateboner by the time his rapist confessed. They didn't back down afaik. That'd mean they were wrong about something. That'd mean they were harboring more rapists. This is the kinda shit that letting their movement be a festering pustule that ignores, actively defends, and lionizes the worst society has to offer will bring.

I honestly wouldn't expect less from a bunch of mentally ill degenerates.

trans activists advocated for the laws and culture that make Yaniv able to legally indulge his fetishes in public, sue people who won't go along with that, and censor people who write about it online. Transactivists don't need to answer for what he did, but they absolutely need to answer for making this possible. They told everyone repeatedly that not one would pretend to be trans to take advantage of the laws. Now it's happening, literally everything the evil terves warned them of has come to pass in this specific man, and they won't even mention him. It's cowardly. They need to stay least adjust their party line to account for Jon, because he isn't the last guy who is going to do this.

Shouldn't that give them all the more motivation to denounce people like this? As they are exploiting the very legislation they advocate for and bringing their entire movement into disrepute.

The problem is that the transactivists have cornered themselves ideologically. Only the transmedicalists seem to have their heads screwed on straight over this. The now standard "anyone can be trans, no dysphoria required, fetishists welcome" shit is basically a gift to these kind of freaks and they aren't actually ideologically positioned to address it, so they either have to defend or ignore him.

And he isn't the first either. The UK doesn't even have self-id yet and we've already had enough controversies with paedophile trannies making their way into women's prisons and other stupid shit.

I kind of wish that some sort of public intellectual would blow this shit wide open and make the public aware of the difference between normal trannies who just want to get on with their lives and the turbo AGPs, deviants and ratkings.

Reading through these replies, I think I agree with you guys now. I still don't think that all trannys should have to condemn/denounce every tranny or fake-tranny that commits a crime or does something stupid since most I know would rather not get involved in anything trans-wise whether it's groups or anything political. But as far as transactivists go I think I have to agree there. It would also probably make the troon community seem more reasonable to people if the activists openly condemn people like Jonathan and work with politicians into introducing laws that will allow genuine troons to carry on their days as normal whilst barring people like Jonathan from spaces that people who don't agree with trooning out think that trannys should be barred from.
