There are, in fact, people that do this. In my area, we have a serial litigator whose suits are intended to silence critics/opponents or get them removed off the ballot when they run for any public position. In his case, though, he - the supposed public watchdog - got convicted of embezzlement and lost his professional reputation and positions. When a newspaper wrote an article about him, he didn't answer any questions about his income post-conviction and who or what finances his lawsuits.

As a result, I find myself curious about what skeletons in the closet exist for any other serial litigant brought to light - JY included.

I checked the email from SoundCloud and it was, in fact, a copyright strike. Surprise surprise. I wish I could dispute it just to be a pain in his ass but it won’t go anywhere.
