you need to put pressure on both sides of the neck, I'm not sure what hes trying to claim is happening here, but it seems like bullshit to me, and a blood choke doesn't prevent you from breathing
I guess hes trying to claim that floyd's shoulder is somehow constricting the other side? or maybe the pavement? I think its bullshit and that he was flailing around way too much for something like that to be possible
 
I'm half predicting a race war, some areas are reintroducing lockdowns so whatever verdict happens people will be unbelievably pissed with nothing to do.

The central problem is that the video clearly shows Chauvin was not actually kneeling on the neck, but the shoulder/upper back.

As for different chokes;
A) The autopsy showed zero trauma to the trachea, muscles of the neck, the hyoid bone, etc. There is no way to lethally restrict airflow by compressing the neck/throat without leaving obvious evidence.
B) While some super martial arts master may be able to perform a "blood choke" without leaving marks and bruises (there were none), there is no way to avoid causing petechial hemorrhaging, which was not found.

Floyd wasn't choked to death.

Again, he wasn't pinning via the neck, and that exact hold was chosen by the police for it's safety. He was following the training that was designed to protect himself and the suspect.

Realistically? He should be found not guilty for the charges against him.

However this is clown world, so I'm going to guess they're going to convict, but it'll be overturned on appeal in 2-5 years.

Oh, and some riots in a few cities, including what's left in Minneapolis no matter the verdict.
