Lolcow 03bgood / Blake Good - Fat Autist Mad About Everything

Blake bitching about Youtube needing to know what fair use is about while believing playing a song you don't own or don't have the copyright holders permission to play is "fair use" and doesn't break any legit copyright laws. Does he think the main stream music he hears playing in movies were just free to use with no risk? I always love how much he shows how much of an extreme tard he is just by getting angry.View attachment 3556209
Copyright and fair use is way more complicated than what Blake thinks it is. He also doesn't realize that putting in fair use doesn't automatically grant the video protection due to the ambiguity on how it's used which is why Fair Use is regarded as a defense rather than a right. Even if your video falls under fair use. A Copyright holder can still try to file a cease and desist notice, eventually the argument goes to the judge and each judge have a varying degree of what constitutes as legal. Not to forget copyright laws are different in other countries.

The worst case scenario is when your video does get copyrighted in all countries even if, once again, your video still falls under the Fair Use clause. UMG is still the worst offender in this situation.
I can relate to this quite a lot. The most annoying thing is when I upload a video only for it to be blocked in all countries. I just wanted other people to have a chance at watching this video before that happened.

I have nothing about 03bgood to talk about right now because I couldn't find some information worth saying.

I just don't understand why he's been dwelling on this for over 7 years now. At this point, people in the subreddit should've noted that repeat behavior. I don't even recall a period of anxiety lasting this long.

Personally, with a lot that Blake has said about his views on reincarnation he has contradict a lot of his points on it and some just don't make any sense or gasping at straws. I think it is quite easy to see that deep down he doesn't really believe in reincarnation or at least not in the way other people who do actually believe it do. It's the whole "backwards reincarnation" that gives it out. Like, do you believe everyone goes to their next life after they die or is every human body in history an already human vessel that soles just take turns living in and you experience that bodies already set life with nothing changing about their history regardless if it is in the past or future? Like if I were to die, their is a chance my next life would be a cave man in the BC era somehow and I would still live like one? I know what I am saying is dumb and autistic and confusing but that is how he puts his views in.
Its quite easy to see, that he really only believes in such a thing is because he can't accept he fucked up his own life (shocker I know) and would rather live the life of someone who has done much more then him then trying to fix his own life because he is too lazy and retarded to do so and believes he is entitled for everyone else to help him out. I believe if you told him he is the reincarnation of like, Gandhi he would be happy and just instantly believe you and the next you told him he is the reincarnation of Hitler, he wouldn't believe you just because he doesn't want to and just go REEEE at you.

The biggest problem with his idea of backwards reincarnation is that, other than it being completely stupid, it's that the "good old days" are just nostalgia talking. We remember the good and forget the bad. We focus on the rosy times and not the dark times. There has never been a point in time when it was truly a golden age or as close to a utopia as we could get. Sure the future is a scary place as we don't know what is going to happen but it doesn't have to be.

Blake on the other hand has the mind and understanding of a child. He only sees the good parts of the past, not the bad parts.

Bump it up because Blake still believes that backwards reincarnation would totally happen

Past, Present, and Future all Happening at once

Okay, I just want to say whoever said something along the lines "you people must be on meth if you think the past, present, and future are all happening at once" How do you know how time works? Are you God? I just want to say that yes, the Mandella Effect is real and yes, The Simpsons have predicted the future correctly more than 10 times. Honestly, you naysayers have some nerve to disprove this theory!

People who think "you cannot reincarnate into the past" are moronic fools who have no idea how quantum physics actually work! If time is a human conception, then why the hell would it be "required" to always reincarnate foward in time? Simple answer; it doesn't. There is no time in the spiritual plane, so no limit exists nor is there a wait for souls to reincarnate, that's ridiculous!

I'm glad more people are on board with "yes, you can reincarnate anywhere in time" because being limited to only the future would make it really stupid and pointless. Besides, I don't want to be reborn into a point in time where technology does EVERYTHING for humans. We don't need that "Jetsons" principle to operate on mankind, as it would just make life bland and pointless. Also, it's been scientifically proven that machines (A.I.) will eventually overtake mankind and that's bad news!

All I want to do is have the same exact family again, but this time I'm born as my "would've been" twin sister. So that means I'll be reborn into 1988, again. Going back further than the 1940s would be a bit dangerous and one good thing I can say about technology is, we have better medicine than we did, ages ago.

I will say I won't really divulge into spiritual beliefs, but Blake acts so certain he will just reincarnate in the past again when no one knows how the fuck the afterlife works. It's funny he whines about how people say it's impossible while he himself acts really certain that reincarnation would work in his specific way.

There has been reports of many people who have said to experience Heaven in a near death experience and obsess on how beautiful it is there so some people still living probably has some idea how the afterlife works but no person I can ever recall ever tells them about the memories of their future lives. Just what they can recall from predictive programming and dreams albeit Blake claiming he dreamed about 9/11 10 years prior in 1991 but I am for sure he wouldn't be the only one. I also really love how Blake acts like an arrogant God like person in the posts. God shows no reverence for people trying to be more powerful than him and are often referred to as false gods.

The part were he whinges about the Simpsons predicting the future more than 10 times is laughable at best.

Yes. The Simpsons have 'predicted" the future because they've been on for more than 30 years now. They choose something that they think is funny... like Trump running for President. But these people seem to forget that in that episode they also said two more things. That Lisa was the first straight woman President, after Chastity Bono, and President Trump left us with a huge deficit.

Well Chastity changed her name to Chaz, trooned out and never ran for office. And Biden is now President. So... not much of a prediction. But people always count the hits and never the misses.

But then he also mentions quantum physics which is the go to weasel words from people who are trying to sound smart but without understanding anything about it.

I also do remember the picture in the Simpsons, the nuclear bomb with the dates May 5, 2022 that seems to replicate the 1961 Goldsboro B-52 Crash, but since that day has past. To my knowledge there were no mention of a nuke drop in Springfield. That episode is about World War III happening. Blake seems to take every prediction in movies seriously. While Predictive Programming is not far off, Movies like Interstellar (The one that gave him so much anxiety) is just a scenario observation of inevitable possibilities. He could've just went with the fact the Bible predicts how the Earth would end and not worry about it too much knowing by any slight chance he'd be saved by God (Which is unlikely because Blake makes posts blackmailing him to having him reincarnate into the past). The fact about getting severe anxiety over prophetic movies just shows the true coward of Blake, anything slightly intimidating and he curls into a ball and begs to go to fantasy land. From his rather high pitched tenor voice to his lack of masculinity shows this. All prophesized in movies like Fight Club, a movie Blake would never get. Did I also mention even the smallest Rollercoasters terrify him? If he were to confront the advanced technology that pose a threat to humanity. He would be completely helpless and more that likely give in on the blackmailing on being an ID to the system.

Which is the weird thing about him. He believes in God and is obviously a Christian but the whole "reincarnation" thing he's on isn't part of Christian theology. It's frankly baffling how... mixed up his world view is. It's like he takes what he likes from any given situation and uses that while ignoring everything else. But then he's a retard so what can you expect?

I mean it's really obvious half of his beliefs come from his mom since I doubt he's genuinely Christian. This is the same guy who bragged how he is part of QAnon which he said he believes with his mother that it will change the world

That's exactly what he does. He believes he's entitled to demand what the afterlife is for him since he was visibly spoiled rotten to the point he threw baby tantrums until mommy rebought all his stupid games on the next version of Nintendo's store. He cries, mommy gave it to him.

So because of that, he's genuinely unable to cope and loses his shit when faced with "lol not fucking happening".

So it's less, "I believe this" for whatever reason and more, "I believe it because Mommy said so". That actually makes a little more sense in how his patchwork view of the world is created.

We all know he lacks any kind of emotional maturity and still has the mindset of a child so this isn't surprising.

Yeah cause he rambled on about how he and his mommy follow QAnon. Timestamped at 6:25 if it doesn't work

He also made some videos that went unnoticed like him whining about bullies getting away with stuff even refusing to watch films because "REEE BULLIES AREN'T RECEIVING THEIR COMEUPPANCE!"

He then ranted about the WB/Discovery merger acting like it hasn't already happened thinking he could stop it. Like he has some decent points that he parroted off of others. Not to mention he's dickriding Disney here despite Disney also being as terrible. Also then comparing the cancelling of shows on HBO Max to Nintendo discontinuing the 3DS/Wii U eshops. Also despite mentioning real issues like creators being fucked over, he seems to only care about cartoons being discontinued and telling people to pitch cartoons to Disney.

IN THE MIDDLE OF THE VIDEO HE WENT ON A UNRELATED TIRADE ABOUT HOW HE'S AN ANIMATOR AND TALKING ABOUT HIS NON-EXISTANT CARTOON SHOW! THEN RANTED HOW HE WANTS TO PITCH IT TO DISNEY BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED WITH CARTOON NETWORK WHICH MADE HIM SAD THAT HE CAN'T HAVE A CROSSOVER WITH THE POWERPUFF GIRLS!

He also makes a follow-up short to clarify he found out the merger already happened and backtracks on piracy
