How does Phil spin his father with an extremely Italian name to be a Latino? Does he consider Italians to be Latino.

Hooves says Angelo is Puerto Rican. Angelo was born in Philadelphia, and so was Angelo's father. As far as I can see from Ancestry.com, none of Hooves's ancestors have ever lived in Puerto Rico.
