Yeah. It's at a game store that holds card games. Chris likes to go to their Pokemon tournaments. He's made friends with some of the other adults at the group.

Yeah it seems he likes to wear it on special occasions--the way a woman might wear a nice necklace or nice bracelet when going out He's got it on at the UVA event also.
