either that or ftm theory is true, guntling was sired by an agreed upon bull sire and his only connection to xander is a feigned emotional one not a genetic one, hell that might be part of why "he" stopped and deleted his one little tweet

The Gunt would have had to sign the birth certificate to be listed as the father. Since he isn't on the birth certificate or declaration of paternity, he is not legally the child's father unless he brings it to a court. Similarly, if Faith wants to claim paternity and demand child support, she'll have to acknowledge paternity.

As it currently stands, Ralph has no visitation or custodial rights whatsoever. And he doesn't have to pay child support. And I think the latter is much more important to him than the former.

The whole point of putting Ethan in this position is to protect the child. Ethan could take this to court, but all he gains is a dependent he never intended to raise., and cannot afford.

Seriously this is how Vickers beat Ethan, hes not legally listed as father meaning Ethan would have to pay for a dna test, and a court case just to get his foot in the door.

Then he would have to go through a custody hearing and have child support set... all that would be is a waste of money for someone whos motto is if it doesnt make dollars it doesnt make sense.

And to your last point, Vickers cant cut off contact between Faith and Ralph. But be doesn't have to allow Faith access to the phone or internet that Vickers pays for. Faith still has other options like getting a hot spot from the library or just use free wifi available almost anywhere, buying her own phone plan, writing letters with physical photos attached, ect.

The Gunt is a raging drunk with a history of violence. What the Vickers have done to protect the demon baby is ok by me. Keep in mind gunt can sue for his parental rights at anytime. He won’t cause no judge would give him more than supervised visits, but nothing is stopping him.

I think unborn child refers to the creation of the Ralphababy thread way back before he was born, thus the tantrums of "they made a thread on my unborn child" sticks. Ralph can just pretend he didn't knew anything about the baby, after all he is extremely concerned about the stalkers until a couple of days ago.

BUT he is a fucking idiot :stress: Dumped a bunch of information on the baby, let said stalkers know there were things uploaded to the Internet about the baby, went on a slap fight with the grandfather still taking care of an adolescent mom, and started melting down on absolutely everyone.

If you ask all of the Ralphababy's "Internet stalkers", they would have prefered to be lied to believe the baby was aborted/put on adoption/cut contact with the father. Ralph had to correct the record that actually it's as bad as everyone thinks and the baby is going to have rough childhood.
