Yeah it's going to get bad. Pantsu won't be able work when she gets more pregnant and definitely will stop once the baby is born. Neither of them have family around to babysit the kids, so that baby is always going to be around. I doubt the Guntstream comes with a healthcare plan, and from what I researched, a 1 child + husband + wife is like 800 a month without a company you work for discounting it for bulk buying. It looks like this is one of those, "The defendant agrees to fuck off" kind of things. Basically, Ralph went crying to Vickers (again) to drop it so he didn't have to "lose" in court. I'll probably file to get a copy of the order itself, assuming Vickers won't provide it himself.

EDIT: California law seems to indicate that this "stipulation and order" would be filed because you're changing the "temporary" restraining order into a more permanent one, but it might also include changes to the terms. I don't see Ralph--as stupid as he is--fucking up an agreement like this by posting pictures of his kid when he knows the family doesn't want him to to /cow/ like he allegedly has at this point.

The order was reissued on the 08/09 so it'd probably be in relation to that.
