Go back a year to when the weight loss competition started and Ralph was claiming to weigh 275lbs and compare those photos to the interviews he did recently. He was most certainly lying about the 275 because it's Ralph and he always lies but even if he wasn't he's easily gained 25lbs since then.

Ralph is easily over 300. Id say at least 325.

The first picture is of a man that is 5'6" and over 300lbs. The second is current Ralph. Its pretty evident.

There's is a point where you can't easily tell what a fat fuck weights with only his gunt as a reference,he can have big legs and weight 300 or chicken legs and weight 260,but the thing is,you want the big legs.

The legs may be the most important muscle to burn calories when you are obese,that's why every ex-fatty in the gym has two tree trunks instead of calves.Ralph has two little atrophied legs because he never played a sport when he was young and he is always on the computer or seated.

Tl dr: Ralph might weight around 270 because he has the legs of a little fat kid on a obese man upper body.

Has Ralph ever done a legit weigh in? I remember there was one last summer where he showed himself stepping on the scale but you couldn't even see the digits.

I think the Gunt might weigh 225 on its own. His Easter Island head probably brings it up to 250. So his limbs would only have to be a combined 50 lbs to bring him up to 300 total.

Which is why he will never lose the weight. If he actually started to try, he wouldn't lose any weight because his legs would rapidly bulk out. Like he's at the point of deathfat where he NEEDS to start with swimming, lets be honest he hasn't started anywhere, because it's low impact since those little legs probably couldn't handle the walks he's claimed to have taken.

Oh and him not going down to that beach with pantsu was probably a good idea, his leg muscles are so weak they definately couldn't handle balancing him on shifting sand.
